First of all, a lot of exercise may lead to the increase of transaminase (especially alanine aminotransferase, but only possible), the increase of red blood cell count, and the increase of direct bilirubin and total bilirubin, which also depends on the individual's physique.
I also exercise (because I ignored this and took medicine before, which led to high indexes. In fact, there is nothing wrong with me, except that it doesn't look very good on the physical examination form), so I stopped strenuous exercise such as fitness and took a walk two days before the physical examination, stopped all kinds of drugs, and the food was light and the physical examination indexes were normal.
My humble opinion, I hope it can help you, and I hope it will be adopted.
