The sword coach qualification certificate is invigilated by the invigilator designated by the State Sports General Administration, and the system of separation of examination and teaching is implemented.

The main examination content and process of fitness instructor qualification certificate are as follows: physical fitness+practical exercise+theory.

Morning: Physical fitness lasts about 30 minutes. If qualified, you can participate in the next two assessments. If not, you can only take the next assessment.

Assessment content: divided into men's group and women's group.

Man:

Test content: resistance training technique (12 muscle),

Muscles: quadriceps femoris, gluteus maximus, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius, trapezius (upper, middle and lower bundles), erector spinae, latissimus dorsi, rectus abdominis, pectoralis major, deltoid (front, middle and back bundles), biceps brachii and triceps brachii (long head, medial head and lateral head).
