Enterprises that return to work and resume production should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, implement closed-loop management, and implement closed management if conditions permit.

3. Continue to carry out nucleic acid detection. Key areas and key population 1 day, other areas and non-key population 1 day. Code the personnel who did not participate in the test as required.

4. Strengthen the management of village community bayonet. Strictly implement "one door and one post", only the entrance and exit of 1 are reserved in each community, and the 24-hour duty system is implemented. Strengthen personnel access management and implement "one card per household, off-peak travel". On the premise that the whole family participates in nucleic acid testing according to regulations, each household can arrange one person to go out once a day to buy daily necessities, and then go home without visiting, staying overnight or having a party.

5. Strengthen the management of public places. The entrances and exits of indoor public places should be set up reasonably, and you must queue up to enter. At the same time, place codes are set at entrances and exits, and "three inspections, one penetration and one sweep" are strictly implemented. Only people with negative nucleic acid test certificate, green health code, normal body temperature and normal travel within 48 hours can enter.

6. Strengthen the management of assembly activities. Adhere to the principle of "not holding unless necessary", suspend all kinds of large-scale party activities, and temporarily stop holding other training, forums, exhibitions, banquets and other activities except internal working meetings of organs and enterprises. Insist on simple weddings and funerals, and don't hold banquets. It is not allowed to hold gathering activities without the report or approval of the Xinjiang New District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters.

7. Strengthen the management of foreign personnel. The epidemic prevention service points at the junction of Xinjiang New District and related areas will not be lifted for the time being. Strengthen the investigation and management of foreign personnel, especially in risk areas. Migrant workers need to report to the community or unit three days in advance, check the negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test, and implement corresponding control measures according to classification. Those who leave must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours. People who have lived outside the province or in the districts and cities where the local epidemic situation is located within 7 days need to conduct a "landing inspection" to minimize contact with others before the nucleic acid test results come out.

8. Strengthen personal health management. Residents should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations and cooperate with nucleic acid detection; Adhere to the hygiene habits such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation and the use of public chopsticks; Do a good job in self-health monitoring, and report to the village as soon as possible if you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat and decreased sense of smell.
