Daily basal metabolic rate of human body = (0.062 1 x body weight (Kg)+2.0357) X 240 kcal/day (1 kcal = 1 000 kcal = 1000 kcal)
This method can only simply calculate the basal metabolic rate of the human body every day. Increasing muscle mass can increase the energy consumption of the body during exercise and make the exercise effect more obvious.
Exercise 1 2 times a week: multiply your weight by 12, for example, a person weighing 200 kg has 2400 calories.
Exercise three or four times a week: multiply your weight by 14, and you will get 3,800 calories a day.
Exercise more than 5 times a week: weight times 16, 3200 calories a day.
If you don't exercise: multiply your weight by 10, which is 2000 calories a day.
Note: 200 kg is 180 kg.
