/kloc-since March, 2009, our district has conducted ten rounds of nucleic acid tests on all staff, and the results are all negative. According to the relevant policies and regulations of national classification and accurate control, with the consent of Tangshan epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the temporary global control management in the whole region was lifted and implemented. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Control time: from 24: 00 on March 29, 2022, and the release time will be notified separately.

2. Control scope: the whole Hangu management area.

3. Control adheres to the principle that if you don't advance, you will retreat, if you don't advance, you will advance, and if you don't gather, you will be inside. Only one entrance and exit is left in each village and community, and special personnel are arranged to be on duty 24 hours a day. Certified police, epidemic prevention and control staff, employees of enterprises that protect people's livelihood and other personnel who perform special tasks, as well as personnel working in key enterprises in the region, can only enter and exit the bayonet after cooperating with the personnel on duty to do a good job in temperature measurement, code scanning and nucleic acid negative certificate inspection, and other personnel are not allowed to enter and exit. Except for special circumstances such as nucleic acid detection and emergencies, the activities of rural and community residents are limited to their respective regions in principle; In the case of close contact with people, residential areas and villages will continue to implement the closed policy. Catering, bathing, KTV, gym, cinema, chess room and bazaar are temporarily closed, and other public places are subject to 50% current restrictions.

4. Every Thursday and Sunday, organize all personnel to carry out nucleic acid testing as required, and the specific time will be notified separately.

5. The masses should conscientiously implement the personal responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, consciously abide by the provisions of epidemic prevention and control, and actively cooperate with the relevant work of management and control. Those who do not listen to persuasion and refuse to implement management instructions will be seriously investigated for responsibility according to relevant laws and regulations.

6. During the control period, all relevant units at all levels should strengthen overall coordination, improve the communication and convergence mechanism from top to bottom, left and right, and inside and outside, increase the supply and marketing of living materials, and ensure the reasonable needs of the people, especially the medical needs of pregnant women, infants, emergency patients and patients with special diseases, and earnestly grasp the bottom line of people's livelihood.
