Swimming places run by municipal authorities, factories, mines, schools, hotels, restaurants, guest houses, parks and other enterprises and institutions shall be examined and approved, supervised and managed by the municipal sports administrative department in conjunction with the public security and health administrative departments at the same level; Swimming places run by units and individuals below the municipal level shall be examined, approved, supervised and managed by the district and county (city) sports administrative department in conjunction with the public security and health administrative departments at the same level.
