I have no time to go to the gym. Can I exercise my muscles at home?
The new beginning of the gym industry has added a good place for many people to exercise and enrich their monotonous life. But if one day the gym closes, then the training in the gym will suddenly be finished at home with your bare hands. Will the muscles be stronger after 3 months?

Imagine someone who goes to the gym all the year round. If the gym closes down because of poor management, then the bodybuilder will try to find a substitute, otherwise the whole person will go backwards quickly because of lack of exercise.

Then the best alternative is obviously to find another gym, which means spending money to get a card and time to adapt to the environment and equipment. I believe that many people will choose to give up after going through so many troubles, so this is not the most effective solution in a short time.

The best alternative in a short time is to exercise at home, which is for people who have just started exercising for a long time or even have a certain foundation, because unarmed exercise can also meet the needs, and even let you have different experiences and gains from exercise.

Whatever the reason, I used to adapt to the training in the gym, so now I need to do unarmed fitness at home, which is a great challenge to my body, so I should be mentally prepared, because it may not be as good as expected.

Bare-handed training often has to face its own weight, such as the most basic push-ups, and the arm needs to bear 70% of the whole body weight. Even if you squat with your bare hands, you can't adjust the training load at will like in the gym.

But this doesn't mean that the load of unarmed fitness can't be controlled artificially. As long as the method is proper, it can still be regulated. For example, push-ups have different versions or practices, which will make the training load different, so it can still be done.

Then if you master the right method, your muscles will become stronger after three months, but it will be more difficult for most people, because you need to master the movements again, and more time may be spent on getting familiar with the movements instead of doing various trainings.

However, as a transitional period, you can completely use unarmed fitness. Before you find the next gym, unarmed exercise can make up for the vacancy during this period, and let you enter the previous training state after finding the right gym.

This has taught us that it is necessary to have a backup option, whether it is exercising or dealing with things in life or work. Of course, there is no need to do this for trivial things, because we don't have that much energy. We have to live, work and exercise.
