It's getting colder and colder. I used to take a brisk walk outdoors every afternoon, but later I went to the gym to exercise. In order to choose a good gym, my husband and I went to several. Now let me briefly introduce the American gyms I have seen.

Why do Americans often see many fitness experts? Why Americans are keen on fitness;

1. Good social welfare urges more people to pursue different hobbies, and also greatly stimulates the pursuit of "higher, faster and stronger" by human beings, especially men, and the pursuit of beauty by women.

The economic development in the western world is faster than that in China, and the generally good welfare makes it unnecessary for local people to spend too much time worrying about their livelihood, thus gradually forming and cultivating some hobbies that are not aimed at survival, and fitness is one of them. Imagine, when good compulsory education and perfect social welfare are readily available, in a society with relative respect among people, would you be willing to spend more time on things that are not conducive to the success of China at present, develop your hobbies as much as possible, and improve your physical fitness at the same time?

2. Dietary intake. Muscle synthesis requires a certain amount of protein. Chinese food contains less protein and more carbohydrates, plus the wine table culture in China. Eating a lot of Chinese food will make people who don't exercise prone to puffiness, and people who exercise are prone to muscle obesity.

Puffiness: Please refer to the men around you who don't often participate in sports, but actively participate in dinner. Muscle obesity: refers to people who eat too much carbohydrates but often do strength training, and refers to sumo wrestlers and shaquille o'neal and Eddie Curry in NBA.

3. Popularization of fitness knowledge. In the United States, there are not many personal trainers in the gym, but everyone has a high fitness knowledge penetration rate. You can find a very detailed free fitness plan online. In China, it is difficult to find a good free plan, and the quality of personal education in gyms is uneven.

Although the cultural traditions and ideologies of countries around the world are completely different, many things belong to the category of "the mighty trend of the world", such as fitness culture. Fitness is a higher level embodiment of health. After the reform and opening up, people's living conditions began to improve, and with the popularity of European football and American basketball on TV, everyone had a new understanding of physical fitness.

From decades ago, most people in China were still in the food and clothing class, to the popularity of melatonin in China ten years ago, and to gymnasiums that have mushroomed in first-and second-tier cities in China in recent years, we can see that China people attach importance to health. Aside from these, we can also see people's pursuit of health in ancient China, such as the story of emperor China's pursuit of elixir, China's profound martial arts culture, and the chivalrous man who is both civil and military in storytelling stories. In Europe and America, the atmosphere of fitness is quite good, and many universities will provide very good fitness settings for their students and neighbors.

For men, fitness can greatly hone their will. On the other hand, healthy and strong bodies are more worthy of their natural competitive spirit and original desire to conquer the world. For women, proper physical exercise can help them have a more beautiful and healthy body, thus enhancing their charm.

At present, it is in the severe winter and it is snowing heavily outside, but it has not reduced the enthusiasm of foreigners for fitness.

American gymnasiums, whether open to the public or in universities, are generally better in facilities, which can be said to be similar. This time, I will briefly introduce the gymnasiums in large, medium and small, and also introduce most gymnasiums in the United States.

The following is from a small gym with only one floor. Fully equipped. The yoga classroom here is set up independently. I like yoga and quiet sports.

My husband and I only have 20 yuan a month. The gym has an electronic card key, so you can exercise whenever you want. Many times the peak hours of sports are staggered, and the whole gym is almost just me and my husband.

I mainly practice yoga, which is helpful for cervical vertebrae, so after yoga, I will exercise occasionally.

There are almost no coaches in the whole gym, and each instrument has instructions to tell athletes which part of the body the instrument helps. The coach only pays for one-on-one practice.
