Recently, a friend who just got Beijing's new energy index wanted to buy a car, so I introduced it to my dealer friends who had often interviewed before. He thanked me again and again on the phone and urged me to tell my friends that if they were optimistic, they must sign the bill in their shop. "Every order is too important for us."
In the past few months when the epidemic has been repeated, I can feel that their store is not easy, but a few days ago, I saw him send such a circle of friends:
The general idea is that it's payday, but there is no boss questioning the employees in the store. When several investors are discussing how to pay, one of them usually wants to "calculate" the installment and only says the word "pay", while the other apologizes in the circle of friends because the salary is paid three days late.
Finally, he said with emotion, "You friendly people will certainly be able to tide over the difficulties and see the sun and the moon through the clouds."
This is also a rare content in his circle of friends, with a "smiling face" expression.
The epidemic affects everyone in the automobile circle, but when asked what efforts have been made to reduce the impact of the epidemic, most of the answers we get are "efforts are normal ..."
Even if it is difficult, no one chooses to be trapped.
Shanghai restarts, community helps each other.
"I have helped my neighbor get 15 cars, and 13 cars have been successful. There are still two cars that cannot be built. " Teacher Liu, a car media friend who lives in Shanghai, said this.
Not long ago, a picture of Weilai moving a charging car and "feeding" the owner through the railing was circulated on the Internet. Some people joked on social media that the most profitable business in Shanghai after the restart may be to help people "get electricity" because too many motor vehicles that have been parked for too long are facing the problem of not starting.
But some people are determined not to do this "business".
From community residents to residential properties, from auto repair shops to e-commerce platforms, from 4S shops to main engine factories, efforts are being made to help car owners in Shanghai restart.
Relying on the after-sales service platform for car owners, SAIC has set up 65,438+000 teams to provide free on-site access to electricity, inflation and other services for car owners in Shanghai. In the emergency rescue service team set up by TUHU Car Maintenance Co., Ltd., some workers recently put on protective clothing every morning and prepared more than 50 new batteries to provide power services on the streets of Shanghai. The demand of car owners lasts from four or five in the morning until midnight.
In a caring media group in Shanghai, nearly 50 Shanghai auto media colleagues also took action and became volunteers.
An employee of SAIC-Volkswagen told us that the idea of mutual assistance with electricity was originally born because many car owners turned to dealers for help, but because of the epidemic control, the dealers' staff could not enter the community to provide services, so they thought of letting employees help each other in the community.
At first, only the internal employees of SAIC Volkswagen volunteered, but with the increase in demand, some car owners and the media began to join the ranks of volunteers.
In order to enable volunteers to provide better services, SAIC Volkswagen provided technical guidance documents and video tutorials on power supply, and set up a technical team to provide real-time remote support.
"Many female car owners have joined in. They usually don't know much about technology. " An engineer said.
Teacher Liu, who signed up as a volunteer, told us about an experience he had three years ago: because of the negligence of his colleagues, his car was locked and the headlights were not turned off, which led to the loss of electricity. A big brother who happened to be parked next to the car was resting in the car, so he helped him get the electricity.
"It's no trouble to get electricity, but if no one helps, it will be very helpless." He said.
Therefore, he joined the community volunteer group. When he learned that many neighbors had such needs, he chose to be a volunteer without hesitation. When asked about his feelings, he said, "At least he did something meaningful to avoid wasting time when he was isolated at home."

Car companies and supply chains are not flat.
"Passports and closed-loop management of drivers are all problems." An employee of a car company responsible for the export of parts said.
The outbreak of epidemic in Shanghai has caused too many uncontrollable factors, which makes the logistics system that used to work normally face a sudden test.
"After the closure of Pudong on March 28, our entire business operation was greatly affected." The employee said. His company needs to export parts to factories with brands covering nearly 20 countries around the world every day, and Shanghai Port is an important logistics export.
After Pudong is closed, he and his team need to coordinate logistics service providers to establish new export routes as soon as possible, such as coordinating warehouses, customs declaration, and booking shipping spaces in Ningbo Port. However, if some key parts are involved, the safe storage period of overseas factories is insufficient, and even they are airlifted from Guangzhou or Hong Kong.
Although the company has established a detailed BCP (Business Continuity Plan) after experiencing the epidemic in the previous two years, it started the plan and informed overseas factories to make risk plans after the epidemic in Shanghai rose in early March. However, after Shanghai "closed the city", the development of the situation still exceeded expectations.
"There is nothing we can do. I can only find a way to ease it myself. After all, factories all over the world are waiting for parts from China, and it is impossible to lie flat. " He said.
This team of dozens of people is not very busy at ordinary times, because normal business processes have matured for many years. But recently, they often have to work overtime to 12 am or even 1 am, and they have also transferred support from colleagues in other departments.
Because of the epidemic, temporal redundancy's normal business processes have been compressed, and various uncertain and uncontrollable factors also require them to communicate docking information at any time. He said: "Working with overseas factories has an impact on the time difference and information communication process, so after receiving the information, we must deal with it as soon as possible without making mistakes, so the workload suddenly increases."
Under the epidemic situation, in fact, many people have overcome various difficulties and ensured the smooth progress of production.
For example, SAIC Anting base began to carry out closed-loop management of more than 500 people in the factory from late March; For example, Ding Lei, the founder of Gaohe Automobile, entered Gaolaozhuang (Gaohe's nickname for Shanghai Operation Center) with his employees and took time out of his busy schedule to record Buzi Yongmei.
In another head parts company in Shanghai, an employee learned that the project team wanted to maintain the locked-in test operation and offered to apply for stationing: "If necessary, I can go back to the company immediately."
The company also took emergency measures to provide rest places for employees stationed in the company, specially set up meeting rooms, and provided sleeping bags, bedding, blankets, pillows, etc. , and provide bonus support for employees who volunteer to participate. Although the conditions are limited, they all ensure the smooth progress of production work to the greatest extent.
Banker, lie flat and look for opportunities.
When asked by the Ministry of Automobile Industry and Commerce what efforts a dealer has made under the influence of the epidemic, he replied: "Efforts are far from being mentioned, mainly lying flat."
If the R&D and production in the upstream of the automobile industry chain can also ensure a certain degree of operation through closed-loop management, then there is not much effort that can be done for the terminal dealers.
For example, in Shanghai, the continuous blockade made the sales volume in April almost zero, and only 1 188 vehicles were insured, of which 456 Volkswagen Passats were the most delivered, all of which were unit vehicles.
For example, in Beijing, most shopping malls only kept supermarkets and catering services under the epidemic, and many new energy car shops in the business district had to close down for nearly half a month.
A dealership in Beijing always told us: "The single-family store is ok, and it can still enter the store normally after sale. However, some market parks can only be closed because of the unified regulations of the owners. Sales can come back for a test drive, do live broadcasts and make friends. Talking is better than nothing, so that everyone can make a difference. "
Even though there is a great controversy in the industry about the effect of selling cars by live broadcast, in Guangzhou Automobile Toyota 4S store in Chaoyang North Road, Beijing, all the sales staff dressed up and danced the recently popular Liu Genghong Compendium of Materia Medica aerobics.
Xiao Jiang, who has been looking at cars recently, received a lot more calls from sales consultants than before, and they all offered to provide on-site test drive service. On May 26th, after the configuration results of a new batch of new energy vehicles in Beijing were released, an electric vehicle brand was selling to the intended customers, and quoted the document of the configuration results of personal new energy indicators as saying: "I really want to have the phone numbers of these people and ask them if they want to buy a car."
In view of the nearly 70 thousand new car purchase index, dealers are also trying their best to collect customers. Courtesy in the shop has almost become a routine operation. Weilai sent NIO Life's snack gift package, Tucki provided 500 yuan's JD.COM card, and GAC Aian directly opened a dedicated channel for Beijing users, giving priority to picking up cars.
On May 29th, Shanghai issued "Shanghai Action Plan for Accelerating Economic Recovery and Revitalization", which mentioned that 40,000 new license quotas were added during the year, and individual consumers who bought pure electric vehicles were given a financial subsidy of 6,543,800 yuan per vehicle.
Prior to this, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changchun, Wuxi and other cities as well as Shandong, Hubei and other provinces also introduced measures to stimulate automobile consumption, or issued additional license quotas in restricted areas, or gave financial subsidies ranging from several thousand yuan to tens of thousands of yuan. A friend who is going to buy a car in Changchun recently said to the car manufacturer: "The people who book cars in Audi 4S shop are all waiting in line."
Maybe for dealers.
