Briefly describe the starting point and function of pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi. How to exercise these two muscle groups?
1. pectoralis major is usually called pectoralis major, and it is fan-shaped. It is located in the anterior upper part of the thorax, starting from the medial half of the clavicle, sternum and 1~6 costal cartilage, and the muscle bundle is concentrated to the outside and ends at the crest of the greater tubercle of humerus.

Latissimus dorsi. Starting point: thoracic rib 7- 12 spinous process, thoracolumbar fascia, iliac crest and inferior rib 3-4. Intertubercle groove of humerus is dominated by thoracic dorsal nerve: humerus stretches, adducts and pronates, and the limbs are pulled up when climbing.
