Binhai Road was built in the 1970s, and was originally a war preparation highway. In the early 1980s, Deng Xiaoping visited Dalian and suggested opening it to the whole city.

This road has become a tourist road. 1In August, 988, the State Council designated scenic spots and Lushunkou scenic spots as countries.

Binhai Road starts from Haiyun Park in the east and ends at Xinghai Square in the west, with a total length of 35km (there is no bus line in this section) and runs through 12.

A major scenic spot, the roadside is a mountain forest, the side is a steep shore wall and sparkling sea, and the road twists and turns.

From east to west, Binhai Road can be divided into: Haizhiyun Square to Bangchui Island, Bangchui Island to Tiger Beach, Tiger Beach to Fujiazhuang and Fu Jia.

There are four sections from Zhuang to Xinghai Square, each with different scenery and styles.

From Haizhiyun Square to Bangchui Island: Haizhiyun Square, slate plate, strange slope, rooftop sunrise and other scenic spots are called Haizhiyun Palace.

From Bangchui Island to Tiger Beach: Bangchui Island Scenic Area, Cao Shi Village Scenic Area and Tiger Beach Scenic Area.

Tiger Beach to Fujiazhuang: Beida Bridge, Yanwoling, XiuYue Feng, etc.

Fujiazhuang to Xinghai Square: Fujiazhuang Park, Golden Beach, Silver Beach, Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area, Nanda Pavilion and Xinghai Square.
