I think more changes come from changes in self-confidence, that is, psychological changes. I may not be so confident before, but after fitness, I will become confident and stronger with the strength of my body. I think this is the most important change in a person's fitness.
I used to be a little fat. I was a very modest person before fitness. It can be said that I felt inferior at that time and my temperament was not so cheerful. I am not good at interpersonal communication in front of people. This is a person with low self-esteem, a normal performance. After I got in touch with fitness and slowly tried to lose some fat, I gradually became excellent.
From then on, my inferiority gradually disappeared, I became confident, I became more sunny, I became more involved in the crowd, I will find a direction that suits me, and I will find a place to communicate when they communicate.
I will not dare to talk or walk with my head down as before. Now I will walk with my head held high, which I think is the biggest change for me.
In fact, I personally think that being strong is only one aspect. Only when you are psychologically strong can you become a truly strong person, and fitness can make your mind mature and strong enough. I think this is the biggest benefit and the most significant change brought by fitness.
