Shanxi Sports Vocational College was established on April 14, 2004 with the approval of Shanxi Provincial People's Government, and the higher authorities are Shanxi Provincial Sports Bureau. College is the only sports higher vocational college in our province at present, and it is also a high-level sports reserve talent training base with the Olympic strategy laid out by the State Sports General Administration.
In terms of specialty setting, the college cooperates with Shanxi University to carry out full-time undergraduate education in sports training; There are 18 majors at the junior college level, including sports training, social sports, leisure sports, golf and management, national traditional sports, sports art performance, sports management and rehabilitation, marketing, e-sports and management, fitness guidance and management, international standard dance, dance performance, children's development and health management, aircrew, civil aviation air safety and security, and civil aviation safety technology. In middle school, there are two majors: sports training, leisure sports service and management. In addition, the college also undertakes the teaching task of Shanxi Correspondence Station of Beijing Sport University.
At present, there are 27 training bases in the hospital (including 12 training hall, 8 training grounds and 7 laboratories). The college has established a long-term (more than 3 years) off-campus practice base * * * 51; Graduate order training units 12. It can completely solve the daily teaching and research needs of the college and the internship needs of graduates.
