How is work in the Philippines? Is it legal?
Many people don't know much about the work in the Philippines, so I will briefly talk about what the work here is like.

First, about BC, many people compare BC to fraud. Why? Personally, I think the main wish is to be set up and sell floats. Domestic float websites have never said advertising and inviting people to play. If a domestic site invites people to play, then this site is definitely suspected of breaking the law. The Philippines is about the same. For example, many licensed companies are only responsible for technology. Which means they don't pull people at all. But affiliated companies, they will engage in such business. Therefore, in order to avoid legal risks, they all adopt anonymity. When doing business, I never come to personal equipment and accounts. In the company, we have various accounts and equipment such as work mobile phone and WeChat QQ. The resignation has nothing to do with the company. And it is legal in the Philippines. The Philippines cannot manage it locally. Then after returning to China, no one cares.

Second, the operation of a platform needs technology, so some companies recruit technology. That is, the IT industry. Any company's business model can't be separated from websites and apps. Otherwise, without this, how can it be played for players? Then we need business people, that is, our promotion. For more money, we need to promote and find more customers. More customers. What should customers do if they encounter problems in the process of consumption? At this time, there will be online customers of the website, which is equivalent to Taobao's backstage customer service. Specializing in answering customers' questions online and managing customers' accounts and accounts. These people don't know how English is, and they need an interpreter, that is, an administrator to deal with these things. Rent a house, take employees to see a doctor, pick up planes, and dock with the local government in the Philippines. But how did these people come? You need to rely on personnel recruitment.

Third, let's talk about customer service. This is very simple, I don't understand it correctly. Personal contact with customer service is less. On the one hand, customer service is relatively stable, and their working hours need to be shifted and there are night shifts. Customer service plays with people in their own department on vacation because their working hours are different from ours. Sometimes night shift, sometimes day shift, day shift is different from us, and the usual meal time is different. It is also to stagger the time and prevent the canteen from being too crowded. Other positions are basically day shifts, so people in other positions sometimes play together, but customer service generally doesn't. Coupled with stable personnel, the company needs less customer service. Liquidity is not very great. I have been in the Philippines for so long, and the proportion of customer service recruited is too small. Besides, I'm usually busy at work, and they basically have nothing to do. So I don't communicate with them much. Anyway, a word, steady.

Fourth, promotion, an industry that people spurn, is really annoying, just like domestic insurance sales. Many people leave the Philippines because they can't insist on promotion. But a company can't just have customer service. Only when business is good and there are more customers will there be more demand for customer service. So business is the foundation of the company. Many people don't like promotion for many reasons, such as the need to pretend to be a woman and coquettish. There is also performance pressure.

Many people think that promotion is just chatting online, typing and interviewing are also very simple. Look at the speed or something In fact, just like reading a book, you gave a martial arts novel and a classical Chinese, both books. Which one do you want to read? I just came to the Philippines and I don't know anything. The foundation is very important, such as business knowledge, tolerance and humanity. These are all very challenging. Generally, people who do a good job in promotion are definitely prodigies.

I have seen smart people leave within a few days, and I have seen honest people insist on doing it and finally do it well. Generally speaking, it depends on the individual. Anyway, we must not be lazy in the early stage of this work. Otherwise, there will be more pressure behind.

Therefore, promotion is a paradise for the diligent, because doing a good job is the most profitable of all positions, and promotion is also a hell for the lazy. If you don't work hard, you will suffer here.

Five, administrative positions, the need for English is very good. This matter is very complicated. Don't think that administration is simple. For example, renting a house, a company must have at least dozens of employee dormitories. The toilet is blocked today, and the air conditioner will be broken tomorrow. Then, the employees enter the dormitory, and you should take the employees to the dormitory. If the employee leaves, you have to take the employee away. Then, when the employee comes, you have to apply for an ID card for the employee. When employees come, you also need to buy daily necessities and medicines regularly. Company visa needs to be renewed. You must go to immigration. The Filipino maids and drivers of the company are also in your charge. The boss likes to go out to play after work, so you have to take the driver. If an employee gets sick in the middle of the night, you have to sacrifice your sleep to take the employee to the doctor. There are many things, but sometimes I am really tired. Generally, I am busy from 1 pm until late at night. This salary is relatively fixed. But there is still oil and water when it is done. For example, renting a house, in the domestic intermediary, there is a commission for renting a house, and the same is true here. If you rent a house frequently, you can know many landlords. Some landlords need rent, companies just need rent, or other administrative friends need rent. This is income. For example, when applying for a visa, you can also make money from it.

Sixth, personnel, many people think that personnel is very simple, isn't it just pulling people's heads? And the work is easy. This one thinks the problem is too simple. It is true that the working hours of personnel are the shortest, and they can basically rest every week. But you should know that personnel will still work after work, but customer service and promotion are really off work, and the company does not provide any resources. Personnel need to have more professional knowledge. After all, so many people want to come to the Philippines. You should try advertising. Try to get more people to come to you. Posting, posting every day, sometimes I feel dizzy when I see the post. And doing it for a month may not be effective. I met someone, worked for two months, and found no one. I also met some people who said that I have many relatives and friends. I'll do personnel work and get rich with them. As a result, none of my relatives and friends believed him. Employees work less hours because they can work outside office hours. Wage is the lowest existence, and the only benefit is freedom. Then I met someone the company didn't want, and I didn't recommend anyone else, so I earned some extra money. Don't trust any conscience and don't recommend other companies. Such a person is either lying to you or not at all, so it is not recommended. Everyone is for the money. As a HR person, I have something to say and recommend it. At least if our company doesn't want it, I will recommend it to a better company. I would definitely not recommend Alabama, Las Vegas, or the Power Building. I also recommended it to other companies before, and I am still working in the company. Everyone is very satisfied. But some people are really sick for money and only look at money. Dare not recommend any pit company. This is why there is no shortage of people in deceptive companies. Because they are willing to spend money to recruit people.

7. people in the general IT industry can't do it. This belongs to the headhunting industry. My friend is a headhunter and has cooperated with well-known enterprises of all sizes in the Philippines.

In fact, having said so much, I just want to tell you that the companies here, like domestic companies, are all working in office buildings, and there is no difference. The difference is that they are in a foreign land here, sometimes they feel homesick, and then they have to answer some questions under work pressure and complete the contract period.

There are several misunderstandings here.

First, the company fires people at will. In fact, I met a company with a lot of holes, and I didn't say I wanted to fire people casually. I have worked for two or three years, and I have seen no more than 10 people fired from the company. Basically, they are disobedient to management and confrontation with supervisors, and sometimes they quarrel or something. Most people who leave can't accept this industry, and they can't bear hardships, and there are indeed companies that encounter scammers, although there are not many companies among scammers.

Second, I feel unsafe. Actually, the place where I work and live is very safe. Unsafe are slums and people who like to play around. Is there any interesting place? I know it's not safe in a mixed place, but I still want to play. On the one hand, it is for drinking, but the reason for drinking is not to have an affair? At most, it is to break the money and avoid disasters, and personal safety is not enough. But if you pay attention to safety, there will be basically no problem.

Third, no company will spend money to rent a small black house. What the boss wants is the efforts of the employees. If you don't work hard and have no performance, you can be fired. Why do you want to close the dark room? Only those who steal money from the company will be taught a higher lesson by the boss. I have seen it, usually in a relatively closed room. But normal work, these have nothing to do with us. No one is stupid.

Fourth, there are a lot of payments. I don't know when it started. Cambodian personnel said that the Philippines paid 30,000-70,000 yuan. In the Philippines for so many years, the general compensation is mostly thousands of dollars, which is nothing more than the cost of visa and air ticket protection. Not much more than 10 thousand. Passports can be reissued at the embassy, and visas can also be reissued at the immigration office. Then you can go back to China. If you think the pay is too high, go to the embassy. Don't listen to such nonsense that the company has a connection with the embassy of immigration. Knowing each other doesn't mean it's common. You often go to the Immigration Bureau to handle affairs, and you normally know the people of the Immigration Bureau, but in fact, the company doesn't know the people of the Immigration Bureau because their visas are handled by others. Moreover, there are embassies not only in Manila, but also in Cebu and Lavage. So the normal compensation will not be too high. But everyone has been out working for a long time. I also hope to work for two or three years before I come.

In a word, it will take you days and nights to say that it is not good here. But after that, we were all fine. Then you kept saying, I've been making money. Everyone has his own interests. If you want to make money, you can join us.

Let's talk about the precautions for everyone to find a job.

First, many people want to do customer service when looking for a job, but they want to do customer service according to their actual situation. Generally, if boys over the age of 26 want to do customer service, there is basically no company to do it. If you want to do customer service after 30, you have to be pushed away by a dog, so sometimes don't blame others for lying to you. Of course, I also hate people who cheat.

Second, many people like to let the company buy air tickets. However, according to my personal experience, many companies let job seekers buy their own air tickets and submit them to the company for reimbursement, and some companies turn to full-time employment for reimbursement. Personally, I feel that the company that buys air tickets is more formal. I have come into contact with many companies that buy air tickets. Either the companies are bad or the agents recommend them. So if I meet a person who says I have no money and the company buys me a ticket, I basically ignore it. Because I don't worry about people who can't pay more than 1000 for air tickets. People who really want to go to work should want to make sure the company is good or bad before choosing a company.

Third, think that companies with working hours are good companies. This is a misunderstanding, but the company's operation mode is different. Some companies here advertise 12 hour monthly holiday 1, and some 10 hour monthly holiday 2. Let's stop here. Generally, the resources provided by the company during working hours are not very good, and they are basically calculated according to personal performance, so the pressure is even greater, and it depends entirely on personal efforts and strength. But people who come here are basically powerless. So it depends on the degree of effort and learning ability. Companies that work long hours basically calculate individual performance according to the team, that is, a group with equivalent performance, so the pressure is less. The resources provided by the company are generally better. Many people who have been exposed to resources know that resources are very expensive. With good resources, the company naturally wants employees to work longer hours, so as to ensure the full use of resources.

Fourth, listen to people and eat enough. I didn't ask you to come to my company here. I did tell many people who consulted me what was wrong, but most people may not believe me. There are people who believe me, and they must not just ask me. But they still feel that they have agreed with each other and still want to go. I can only say that before you arrive in the Philippines, the choice is yours. When you arrive in the Philippines, once your passport is taken away and you go to work, the choice is not yours. I have met many such people. I just arrived in the Philippines, received my passport and asked me to save me. I don't like this company. But I'm just one person. Can I help you with your passport? It's impossible. So work is your own, rational choice. What suits you is the best. Some people may think that others may say that their company is good, but if you have more contact and know more, you will certainly be able to screen out the authenticity of the information. Everyone says that a place is not good, then this place is definitely not that good. Only one person says this place is not good, or people who live there say this place is not good, which means this place is really bad.

As long as the salary can be paid, it means that the company has not been cheated. I have nothing to say about such a small white. There are no unpaid bosses here, no unpaid bosses, no willing bosses, and no one is crazy. I'm happy to do the same thing. You can get 41 thousand a month, but you can only get thousands.

Sixth, don't always stare at payment. You know, since you have chosen, you must plan to do it for a long time. Of course, you can't do it well without long-term determination. There is no company to raise grandpa here. So if you want to find a job, the first thing is to choose a company that is at least formal and suitable for you. If you can persist, you can naturally complete the contract period, so you don't need to pay. Even if you go to a company with low salary and poor treatment, nothing is good. You can't work for a few days, and you want to leave, then you need to pay. So first you should pay attention to the company, and then pay attention to the compensation. Of course, the company that pays a high price will say that it pays a high price. On the surface, it's all the same. Actually, if you ask for compensation, I can't ask anything.

Remember, working in the Philippines is not to collect money, but to work. We should work with hard work attitude and correct working attitude, so as to develop for a long time.

Eight, most companies are good, the boss opened the company to make money, and employees are money-making machines. If you can't keep employees, how can the boss make money? The best way to keep employees is to make them make money. So most companies are better. Except for a few buildings and areas (such as Alabama and Las Vegas). The most important thing is to see if it suits you. A few years ago, people who wanted to work abroad were mostly people who simply wanted to make money and could bear hardships. Most of what I come up with now is luck, so really don't come here with a lucky attitude. Some people who came with me were not as good as me, but they persisted in a company and now get along much better than me. Don't jump ship, try not to jump ship. After I jumped ship, I found that all the companies were similar. People with strength and ability can make money no matter what company they go to.

The above is purely a personal opinion. There may be some deviations. But it's basically a summary of my years.
