Then choose the start date of your course, click to view the schedule, and if the date on the schedule is more in line with your daily life, click Finish Customization.
Your schedule has been customized, so please implement your exercise plan according to your schedule.
If you want to do some targeted training, you can find it in the "Training" menu and click "Add Training".
