Do I still need to wear stress socks to wear long fitness pants?
I do aerobic exercise every day. I don't think wearing pressure socks has much to do with ordinary cotton socks. Just try not to wear stockings. The soles of stockings are slippery. You only need to wear comfortable cotton socks with comfortable sneakers, which makes it very easy to jump.
