You have been exercising for a long time. Why can't you exercise?
When I get up in the morning, I look at myself in the mirror just like I did a few months ago. I've been practicing for a long time, and it looks like I haven't practiced. What's wrong with it?

Don't worry, let's watch them one by one.

1. Only practice one or two parts.

If you only do abdominal exercises, head exercises and chest exercises, then your figure can't be greatly changed. No matter how big your head is, no matter how obvious your abdominal muscles are, if you don't practice big muscles such as legs and back, it's still a waste of practice. Large muscle groups have the most obvious change in body shape. It's time for you to change your training focus!

2. The action is not standard

Non-standard movements are often the most common problem for beginners. The action is not finished, and the heavy weight is the reason for the irregular action. Irregular movements, fitness is a waste of time, and it is easy to play with yourself and get hurt.

Beginners should practice light weight movements first.

3. Don't do strenuous compound exercise during exercise.

Beginners' favorite sports are those that isolate small muscle groups, such as bending, dumbbell flying birds, sit-ups, belly rolling and so on. Hard pull, squat and other repetitive movements are not practiced.

It's hard to be strong without practicing weight compound movements.

Look at these three questions, do you have them? If so, it's time to change!
