Unless you are a professional player, you can practice every day without worrying about your diet, but many people don't like that. They think it's too strong to look good! First, arrange things reasonably.

When we are doing something, or looking for something to do, we should first think about whether we can avoid the time of daily training. If so, that's best. If not, then coordinate a little, because many things can be coordinated without being particularly anxious, so that you won't give up a day's training and your own training because of various things, which is really hard.

Second, if the time conflicts.

When we have a lot of things to do, and then we are stuck and particularly anxious, like ordinary people, we will definitely give up fitness directly. I think there is a way to do everything. There is always time to squeeze. You can run and walk in the process of work, which is equivalent to doing aerobic exercise, improving cardiopulmonary endurance and exercising physical fitness. When waiting for customers, do several groups of push-ups, bend your arms and pull-ups to ensure your muscles.

Third, train in advance or change the time.

When you don't want to sweat or move during our working hours or when we are doing important things, you can get up early in the morning, finish today's training before you get busy, and then go to work happily all day. This will make you full of energy all day, and you don't have to worry about whether you have any training today, or whether you need to practice today, let alone coordinate the time of things, but the general gym can't open so early. After all, nothing is difficult in the world, if you put your mind to it!

Fourth, the invitation between friends.

If your girlfriend insists that you accompany her, you can discuss it with her. You can spend the day with her after practice. All you have to do is fool around. It would be better if it is a girl who works out. Both men and women are very happy! If it is an invitation from an ordinary friend, your choice is even greater.
