Study hard at ordinary times and don't need personal education. There is so much information on the internet now that I am willing to learn it without private education. Moreover, private education is mixed, and a considerable part of it is very poor. I have seen the coach teach in the gym where I often go for two months, and the students can't even do basic bench presses.
