For those of us who often like fitness, is it better to choose indoor or outdoor exercise? My answer is that outdoor is better. My reasons are as follows.

Fourthly, one of the best benefits of outdoor sports is that we can breathe fresher air and enjoy more sunshine, which is more prominent than indoor sports. Under such conditions, our exercise effect will definitely get twice the result with half the effort. This is more beneficial to our health.
