4. In the process of practice, master your own rhythm, gain insight into your body, concentrate on practicing careful observation and listening, and be integrated with body and mind. Don't compare with others, just reach your limit of seven or eight points.
Don't take a bath, eat or do strenuous exercise within 20 minutes after practice, so as not to destroy the energy balance in the body.
