How about one day of aerobics and one day of yoga to lose weight?
If you have time, it is recommended to exercise in this order:

1 Warm up first and do some simple activities.

Start aerobic exercise. What do you mean by aerobic exercise? Aerobic exercise can exercise the whole body muscles for 30-40 minutes.

3 a small amount of strength exercises: It is recommended to do some equipment exercises for the target parts you want to lose, especially those with more fat.

4 Stretch and relax: Yoga is a good stretching method. But you don't have to do it alone. You can do yoga stretching after daily exercise and stretch all positions.

Emphasize that yoga is best after aerobic exercise, such as those fast-paced exercises. After fast-paced exercise, muscles will become hot, and it will be better to do yoga stretching and shaping at this time.

Don't do too much leg exercises if your lower limbs are thick, especially those that require great leg strength. Focus on upper limbs.

Regarding the interval of exercise, it is suggested to take a day off after two days of exercise. If you continue to exercise, your physical strength may not keep up, so you should adjust slowly.

However, losing weight is still a long-term thing, which takes at least three months as a stage. Because after three months, all cells in the human body will be updated once. If you cultivate good habits and adapt your body to a good routine, you will lose weight slowly.

This is a summary of my experience. I haven't reached my target weight yet, but I've lost 20 pounds in a few months. Come on!
