Pingliang Park is located in Da Qiao Street, Yangpu District. The original site is a garbage dump. It was built in 1957, opened in 1958 1.20, and expanded in 200 1, with an area of 1.36 hectares.
The park is located between cinemas, factories and private houses. There is a rectangular lawn dominated by Magnolia grandiflora in the middle of the park, a teahouse in the north of Pingping, a dense forest in the south corner, and a long corridor and flower stand beside the lotus pond. The hexagonal pavilion in the northeast corner is built on the mountain, relying on stones to grow flowers. The wisteria promenade in the north of the pavilion is hidden among the arhat pines. Cryptomeria fortunei and Metasequoia glyptostroboides are tall and straight, and pomegranate orchards are full of flowers and fruits in summer and autumn. Although it is downtown, it can be quieter in the middle. 1999 in response to the call of the municipal government for national fitness, 30 pieces of fitness equipment were set up in the open space of the park, providing a good place for residents in the surrounding areas to exercise and rest.
