Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education in order to standardize the enrollment work of our school this year.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to undergraduate and junior college enrollment of general higher education in our school this year.

Chapter III Issuance of Academic Certificates

Article 6 Students who have completed the teaching content required by the training plan and passed the examination are qualified for graduation. Undergraduate graduates will be awarded the national undergraduate diploma by Jilin Institute of Physical Education. Graduates of higher vocational colleges are awarded the diploma of specialized subject (higher vocational) stipulated by the state by Jilin Institute of Physical Education.

Chapter IV Financial Aid Policies and Related Procedures for Students from Poor Families

Article 7 The main contents of the national subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities

According to the requirements of "Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Financial Aid Policy System for Students from Poor Families in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges, Higher Vocational Schools and Secondary Vocational Schools", our school has established national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, Jilin provincial government scholarships, national student loans (including national student loans in schools and credit student loans from students' places of origin), national education grants for students in military academies, compensation for primary employment student loans, new students' enrollment assistance projects, work-study programs, tuition fee reduction and so on.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. After entering the school, the school will take different measures and give financial assistance after verification. Among them, the settlement of tuition and accommodation fees is mainly based on national student loans, supplemented by national inspirational scholarships; To solve the living expenses, the state grants are the main ones, supplemented by work-study programs.

Article 8 The main contents of the subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities.

Our school fully allocates 4% of career income to support students with financial difficulties. Policies such as principal scholarship, tuition fee remission, "green channel", "three-aid" posts, work-study program posts and one-time subsidy have been established to ensure that poor students will not drop out of school because of poverty, and that the majority of poor students can study with peace of mind and become inspirational.

Ninth college students with financial difficulties identified procedures

Students with financial difficulties in their families refer to students who can't pay the basic study and living expenses during their studies at school with the funds raised by themselves and their families. Students need to declare their family financial difficulties to the school, and the school will identify them according to the standards and procedures stipulated by the relevant departments. According to the results of the identification of students' family financial difficulties, the school will give corresponding subsidies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the funding policy.

Article 10 Requirements for Foreign Language Professional Training

All majors in our school do not restrict candidates from taking foreign languages, but the teaching of public foreign languages is college English. Non-English language candidates of all majors must switch to college English teaching after entering school, and the school does not offer language courses for non-English language students alone.

Undergraduate major:

1, physical education, social sports guidance and management, sports anthropology, leisure sports, ice and snow sports, physical training: admission is based on the principle of "score first", and the proportion of investment is implemented according to the requirements of the province of origin. Among the candidates, the plan is completed according to the physical examination results, and then the candidates are selected from high scores to low scores according to the professional volunteer order. When the physical examination results are the same, candidates with high scores in cultural examinations are given priority; When the candidates have the same academic scores, the priority level is ranked according to the order of single subjects and the scores from high to low, while the liberal arts are Chinese, foreign languages, liberal arts comprehensive and mathematics according to the order of subjects, and those with high scores are given priority; If the total score is the same, look at the language first; If the Chinese scores are the same, look at the foreign language; If the foreign language is the same, look at the liberal arts integration; If the liberal arts are the same, then look at math. The order of science subjects is: mathematics, foreign languages, comprehensive science, Chinese, and those with high scores are preferred. If the total score is the same, look at math first; If math is the same, look at a foreign language; If the foreign language is the same, look at the science synthesis; If the science synthesis is the same, look at the Chinese. Similar professional volunteers can be adjusted. If the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are full and there is room for adjustment, they will be randomly transferred to the majors with incomplete records in similar plans according to the results of the candidates' physical examination. Candidates whose total score is lower than the reported professional volunteer requirements and who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed (if the relevant enrollment provinces have special requirements, our school will be admitted according to the requirements of the provincial enrollment authorities).

2. Sports training, martial arts, traditional national sports: Our school has made a separate enrollment plan according to the situation of applicants and the needs of school professional development. The sub-project enrollment plan will be announced in advance according to the situation of applicants and the needs of school professional development, and the admission scores between projects cannot be compared horizontally; On the basis of the relevant provisions of the admission documents of the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education, "The admission control score of cultural examination results is not less than 180, and the admission control score of physical examination results is not less than 40", our school comprehensively determines the admission control score of cultural and physical examination results according to the actual situation of the entrance examination. Athletes' first-level candidates can be admitted with 30 points under the minimum admission control score of our school's cultural examination results, and athletes' technical level candidates can be admitted with 50 points under the minimum admission control score of our school's cultural examination results. On the basis that candidates reach the minimum admission control score stipulated by our school, comprehensive evaluation is made according to the ratio of candidates' cultural test scores (converted into 100%) to physical education test scores of 3:7. The specific formula is: comprehensive score = (cultural score /6)×30%+ sports score ×70%, and the sub-items are selected according to the order in which candidates fill in their volunteers (one volunteer is admitted first, and two volunteers are admitted when one volunteer is not full).

3. Performance major: Candidates who have passed the professional examinations organized or recognized by our school (college examinations or provincial unified examinations with recognized results) and whose cultural examination scores have reached the admission control score line of art undergraduate courses designated by the provincial admissions office where their household registration is located shall be admitted according to the principle of "score first", and the proportion of filing shall be implemented according to the requirements of the original province. Complete the plan according to the professional test scores of the candidates, and then select the best candidates according to the professional test scores from high to low. When the professional test scores are the same, candidates with high cultural test scores are given priority; When the candidates have the same academic scores, the priority level is ranked according to the single subject order and the scores from high to low, while the liberal arts are Chinese, foreign languages, liberal arts comprehensive and mathematics according to the subject order, and those with high scores are given priority. If the total score is the same, you should look at the Chinese language first, if the Chinese score is the same, you should look at the foreign language, if the foreign language is the same, you should look at the liberal arts integration, and if the liberal arts integration is the same, you should look at mathematics. Science is mathematics, foreign languages, science synthesis and Chinese in the order of subjects, and those with high scores in subjects are preferred. If the total score is the same, you should look at math first, foreign languages if math is the same, science integration if foreign languages are the same, and Chinese if science integration is the same. Candidates whose total score is lower than the reported professional volunteer requirements and who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed (if the relevant enrollment provinces have special requirements, our school will be admitted according to the requirements of the provincial enrollment authorities).

4. Sports rehabilitation, social work and public management: Admission is based on the principle of "score first", and the proportion of applicants is implemented according to the requirements of the province of origin. Among the candidates, complete the plan according to the results of the cultural examination, and then select the best candidates from high scores to low scores according to the professional volunteer order; When the candidates have the same academic scores, the priority level is arranged according to the single subject and the score from high to low, while the liberal arts are arranged according to the order of Chinese, foreign language, liberal arts integration and mathematics, with the high score being the priority. Higher vocational (junior college) majors:

Among the candidates, the plan is completed in the order of physical examination results, and then the candidates are selected according to the professional volunteer order from high to low according to the physical examination results.
