So I usually make red bean and black rice porridge for breakfast if I can't digest well. Therefore, cooking porridge with red beans and black rice can not only supplement rich nutrition for the human body, but also reduce swelling and lose weight, which really kills two birds with one stone. Ingredients: black rice 100g, 50g red beans, a little mung beans, a little soybeans, a little peanuts and a little red dates. Practice: Wash the ingredients with warm water and soak them in clear water for one or two hours. Then put the black rice, red beans, mung beans, soybeans, peanuts and red dates into the pot, and add a proper amount of water to boil the porridge until it is cooked. During weight loss, you must arrange three meals a day. You can choose a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates for breakfast. For example, a glass of milk, two eggs and a proper amount of bread.
