How to change iwatch fitness goals?

1. Open the fitness record App on AppleWatch.

2. Rotate the digital watch to scroll to the bottom of the screen, and then click "Change Target".

3. Click "-"or "+"to adjust the target, and then click "Next" to complete all target changes.
