Monday's chest exercises are as follows:

Three lateral humeral heads (I don't know the name of the instrument, please ask the coach) are 40kg-90kg, and each group is added with five groups of 10 kg.

Standing flat-sided birds (deltoid) first make a set of dumbbells with 10, and then add one to five groups.

Abdominal muscles of hind legs on Wednesday

Hard stretch warm-up (130kg, 15 or more) is 250kg in the first group, 8- 12 in the second group, and 260kg, 8- 12 in the second group.

The third group is 270 kg 8- 12, the fourth group is 280 kg 6-8, and the fifth group (blood flushing) is 300 kg (as much as you can).

Squat warm-up (130 kg, more than 20 times) 220 kg in the first group, 230 kg in the second group with 8- 12, and 8- 12.
