Usually, the management fee is used to pay the maintenance cost of the whole assembly house, such as gardener, cleaning and maintenance of public areas, water fee, garbage fee, etc. If the prefabricated house has security entrance guard and police station, or public facilities such as swimming pool, spa, social room, gym and leisure room, the management cost will be higher.
