This football team is a non-profit AA football team voluntarily formed for friends who love football. The purpose of the establishment is to provide a paradise and platform for football fans to enjoy the happiness brought by football. The goal is to become a happy and progressive team.

Teams are free to participate voluntarily, and football activities are risky. Players pay attention to safety in training/competition, and the team bears moral responsibility, but does not bear any legal or economic responsibility.

Before joining the team, individuals must read and understand the rules and regulations of the team and agree to abide by them. The losses caused by violation of this chapter shall be borne by the individual.

Chapter II Team Composition and Management

Article 1: The team consists of five managers.

Article 2: Team members include team leader, coaching staff, captain, players and cheerleaders.

Article 3: The members of the team management are responsible for the management, training and competition of the team.

Chapter III Team Activities

Rule 1: The team organizes team training or friendly matches with other brother football teams in Shanghai every week.

Article 2: The team participates in the official amateur football matches in Shanghai from time to time.

Article 3: The team guarantees no less than 3-4 games or trainings every month.

Article 4: If the number of participants cannot guarantee the smooth progress of the activity, the team will make a decision to postpone/cancel the training or competition.

Chapter III Daily Contact

Rule 1: Players must leave their real contact information to ensure that they can contact themselves in time, such as mobile phone, kickball network, email, QQ, etc.

Article 2: The daily activities of the team will be announced on the team's kickball network and QQ group, and the players will be informed through the contact information left by the players. Players must reply whether to participate in this competition within two working days after the announcement.

Chapter IV Instructions for Team Joining

Article 1: Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies of People's Republic of China (PRC), and abide by social ethics.

Article 2: Support the articles of association of this football team, and be willing to undertake the obligations stipulated in the articles of association while enjoying the rights stipulated in the articles of association.

Article 3: Be in good health, have a certain football foundation, love sports, keep exercising, be able to participate in football team activities for a long time, have a good attitude and a United heart.

Article 4: Have collective consciousness, be willing to serve others, and strive to run the football team well.

Article 5: Pay the team fee on time every month, excluding participating in official competitions and purchasing equipment and articles.

Article 6: There are no places to participate, and there is no age limit for the dance.

Article 7: Participants must be over 18 years old.

Article 8: It is recommended to purchase personal accident insurance by yourself.

Chapter V: Athletes' Rights:

Rule 1: Participate in team activities and get the services of the team.

Article 2: Have the right to put forward reasonable suggestions to the team.

Article 3: Whether the management of the right Christian team is fair and reasonable.

Article 4: Have the right to know the income and expenditure of the team and the public team.

Article 5: Have the right to vote and stand for election.

Chapter VI: Performance of Players' Obligations

Article 1: Abide by the team's articles of association, social morality and sports ethics.

Article 2: Implement the resolutions of the team.

Article 3: Give your own opinions and suggestions on running the team well.

Article 4: Respect the work of the team management, cooperate with the work of the management and complete the tasks assigned by the management.

Article 5: Players respect each other, care for each other and help each other.

Article 6: Payment shall be made from the last week of last month to the first week of the current month.

Article 7: When playing against other brother teams, every player has the obligation to cheer and watch the game. During the game, players are required to get along politely.

Chapter 7: Team Discipline

Article 1: Attendance system:

One month is a unit, with ten points each time. Two points will be added for those who attend the activities on time; Three points will be deducted for asking for leave the day before the activity, and no points will be deducted for special circumstances, such as two days' notice in advance for business trip. Two points will be deducted for being less than 30 minutes late, and six points will be deducted for being absent for more than 30 minutes. If the number of participants is not enough, those who reply will not be deducted, and those who do not reply will be scored according to the above provisions.

A, in principle, every player should participate in every training and competition organized by the team. If you can't attend due to work or other irresistible reasons, please ask for leave in the team's kicking net and QQ group two working days before the event or contact the team leader, coach and captain by phone. If you don't reply or participate in the activity, you will be recorded as absent without reason.

B. If you can't be present due to unexpected events after replying to the participation, please be sure to inform the tour leader by mobile phone before the day's activities. Otherwise, it will be recorded as an unreasonable absence.

C, if you don't reply or participate, and you are present on the day of the activity, there is no guarantee that you can play, especially in foreign friendly matches.

D, please attend the activities on time, if there are any special circumstances, please also explain in advance.

Opinions on quitting the team: if you are absent for three consecutive times without reason, you will automatically quit the team; If the score is negative for two consecutive months, you will automatically quit the team.

E, every Tuesday and Friday night, players must log in to Kickball.com and QQ group, keep abreast of team dynamics and competition training information, and reply.

Remarks: Regarding the leave, it is necessary to put forward "leave" and have justified reasons.

Article 2: Training and Competition Instructions

A, each player must absolutely obey the command of the team management, team leader, coach or captain, and obey all arrangements (starting, substitution, position played, etc. ).

You must wear a uniform for every official competition and arrive 30 minutes early.

C, when the game, absolutely obey the coach, the referee, it is strictly prohibited in the training, competition scene conflict, fighting, etc.

During training and competition, athletes must pay great attention to their own safety.

Article 3: A player who seriously violates the Articles of Association shall be dismissed by the management.

Chapter VIII: Reward and Punishment System:

Article 1: The team will give some rewards to the players who have the following behaviors.

B, made outstanding achievements for the team's external competition. Try this game.

Article 2: If a player commits one of the following acts, the team will advise him to quit, impose certain financial penalties or stop training, and expel him from the team if the circumstances are serious.

B. Being late and leaving early for no reason during training and competition, and disobeying the competition time and position commanded by the team leader, coach and captain, etc.

Chapter 9: Others
