R&F Center This project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Shuncheng Street and Stadium Road. It was acquired in 1993 and belongs to a 40-year-old commercial office. However, when the land was acquired, the term of property rights was changed to 70 years in consultation with the government. There are still 45 years to go before 17, which is different from the general business office.

Advantages:
