What is the development of tertiary industry in Vietnam?
In Vietnam, the tertiary industry has developed rapidly, and the present situation needs to be improved. I simply analyze the specific situation as follows: the service industry lacks diversification. Many service industries in Vietnam, their services are relatively single and lack of diversification. For example, hotels only provide housing services, while related catering services are basically not provided. Unlike domestic hotels, there are few supporting facilities such as rooms, food and play. In this respect, apart from some international hotels, few local hotels in Vietnam have complete supporting facilities. For example, the gym industry basically provides equipment for consumers, and many smaller gyms don't even have a place to take a bath. Talent companies only act as intermediaries, and no talent companies do related businesses, such as helping workers in public factories and cities to do management. So far, no one has been able to load their services from other telecom companies' hardware devices. In the domestic mobile phones in China, there are mobile phones with built-in value-added services everywhere, which, in a sense, has become another revenue point for mobile phone manufacturers. In this regard, Vietnam is still only just aware of this problem. Speaking of real estate agents, Hanoi was once rated as the most expensive city in the world, but Vietnamese real estate agents have just started in the past two years and their development is relatively slow. Many real estate agents, like individual matchmakers who are still in China, put an advertisement at their doorstep as an intermediary, but their business practices are very abnormal, and they all use the price difference as a means of profit. So far, I haven't seen any real estate agent operate solely by agency fees. There are many examples, so I won't say much.
