Fujian Provincial Sports Bureau:

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of the People's Government of Fujian Province (No.23 [2009] of our Office) and the Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Fujian Province (No.27 [2009] of our Office), the Fujian Provincial Sports Bureau was established as the people of Fujian Province.

Main responsibilities:

(a) to implement the laws, regulations and policies of the state on sports work, and to draft and organize the implementation of relevant local regulations, rules and policies.

(two) to formulate and organize the implementation of the province's sports development plan, and coordinate the regional sports development in the province; Responsible for promoting the construction of diversified sports service system; Promote the province's sports public service and sports system reform.

(three) overall planning of the development of mass sports in the province, responsible for the implementation of the national fitness plan, supervise the implementation of national physical exercise standards, and promote the national physical fitness monitoring and the construction of social sports guidance team; Guide the construction of public sports facilities and be responsible for the supervision and management of public sports facilities.

(four) overall planning of the province's competitive sports development and sports project setting and key layout; Guide and coordinate sports training, be responsible for the construction of sports teams and the training of sports talents in the province, and coordinate the social security work of athletes; Organize and coordinate major sports competitions. Organize, coordinate and supervise the anti-doping work in the field of sports.

(five) overall planning of the province's youth sports development, guidance and promotion of youth sports work.

(six) to formulate and organize the implementation of the province's sports industry development plans and policies to promote the development of the sports market; Standardize the management of sports service and promote the construction of sports standardization; Responsible for the issuance and management of sports lottery tickets.

(seven) to guide and manage the province's sports foreign affairs, and organize international sports exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

(eight) to guide and organize sports propaganda work; Organize and carry out major scientific and technological research and achievements promotion in the field of sports; Instruct physical education class.

(nine) to undertake other tasks assigned by the provincial party committee and the provincial government.
