20 18, 13- mother's day, sunny and clear in Wan Li, the unit held a green hiking activity for government employees with the theme of "Do not forget your initiative mind, keep in mind the mission, forge ahead and realize the dream of farmers", with a journey of 7 kilometers, starting from Huayuan Ecological Park and ending at Xishan.

I have never participated in such activities before, and I don't understand the meaning of walking. After this activity, I understand.

As we all know, brisk walking has the function of strengthening the body, which can not only improve vital capacity, but also promote the health of bones and joints, enhance human immunity and lose weight.

What I want to emphasize here is that walking quickly can adjust our mental state, reduce mental stress, enhance self-confidence and enhance team cohesion.

Walking is a relaxing sport in itself, so the starting point is not to get a few rankings, but to satisfy our body and mind through this sport. A brisk walk can expel the long-term accumulated toxic substances from the participants' bodies through sweat, thus promoting our metabolism and putting us in a relaxed state.

During the whole process, I was in a state of relaxation. I stopped, patted here and looked at there, sometimes fast and sometimes slow, leaving all my troubles behind, enjoying the beautiful scenery around me and breathing fresh air.

Finally, I was sweating like a pig, and the whole collar of my clothes was soaked. When my feet touch the ground, I feel dull pain, but I feel very cool.

The terminal rested for about half an hour, but I thought it was over. Who knows there is another project-mountain climbing.

I haven't climbed mountains for a long time. I was very happy when I heard that I was going to climb the mountain. I can find pleasure in climbing mountains. In fact, we walked nearly 2.5 kilometers before we started climbing the mountain.

In order to shoot the scenery, my classmate Xiaoshi and I fell behind and came to a fork in the road. We don't know which way to choose. Although I finally made a choice and came to the end, I took a detour.

In the process of climbing the mountain, I found ruts. It can be seen that this is to prepare for paving stone steps. Fortunately, it is not paved, otherwise the experience will not be perfect.

When we got to the top of the mountain, we found that everyone was posing, even the leader was there, just the two of us, so we quickly sat in the front and there was such a conspicuous lens waiting for us. It's really interesting!

When we went down the mountain, we were still studying "behind the scenes" how to shoot the scenery and record everything here.

Before getting on the bus, it was just me and Xiaoshi. Just as the plane flew by, time was tight, sloppy and rude, that's all.

In this way, the morning's activities ended, but I didn't feel tired, but I felt very comfortable. I should take part in such activities more often in the future, which can relieve stress both in life and work.
