You can't practice blindly, or you will be ugly if you don't say it ~!
You are very tall. I suggest strengthening the training of lower abdominal muscles, latissimus dorsi muscles and arm muscles.
It is ok to practice circulation in groups (if abdominal muscles are done in 3 groups for 20 times).
Practice until you are weak, adjust appropriately and practice in cycles.
Running is very important. Running is a muscle beautifier. Don't forget to relax and run after every exercise!
There is also the choice of equipment. If you only want muscles, choose something light or just right.
Muscles are fast but have no strength.
If you want to practice your strength, pick a heavy guy (the kind that is difficult to carry) and work until you can't.
Remember that muscle is not equal to strength.
