It's flying parents and children playing yoga in the air
It's flying. Parents and children do yoga in the air and see their children's happy smiles. This is Teacher Tang's impression of parent-child aerial yoga. The recent rise of aerial yoga is not exclusive to adults. Dad can do aerial yoga with his children better than mommy. What is aerial yoga? Do you have yoga experience to do aerial yoga? Doing yoga in the air with hanging cloth is different from traditional yoga. Traditional yoga is to spread mats on the floor to engage in various postures. About 20 years ago, AerialYoga, which originated in new york, USA, was easy to learn, fresh and interesting, and its special feature was that it was combined with hanging cloth to do yoga. Teacher Tang, the founder of Tang Yoga Tisi Class, said that this hanging cloth has moderate elasticity and can bear more than 200 kilograms. It's too big for mommy, children and even the whole family to squeeze into the hanging cloth.

Some movements in traditional yoga need to be folded, which will be a difficult challenge for some children who are not so soft. Therefore, children may not have a sense of accomplishment when they start traditional yoga, and excessive folding is not necessarily a good thing for children. Teacher Tang believes that professional yoga teachers should evaluate children's age and development to design movements.

For example, making a "tree" on the floor is a simple and basic action, but making a "tree" on the cloth is not a simple thing. On the contrary, children like to somersault and roll, but it is more difficult to stand upside down on the ground, but it is easy to stand upside down completely when hanging cloth, and the children feel good.

Aerial yoga is suitable for all parents to participate in aerial yoga. It seems to be an advanced version of ordinary yoga. If children have no experience in yoga, can they do aerial yoga with their parents? Teacher Tang said that children are born masters of aerial yoga! Most children get excited when they see hanging cloth of aerial yoga. For example, Miss Tang's 3-year-old daughter always wants to follow her to the classroom to swing.

Swings are children's favorite. Just sitting on the hanging cloth and swinging at will can make the child get high! Needless to say, when yoga teachers instruct parents and children to do other actions, children are usually willing to accept challenges, and sometimes even enter the situation faster than adults to achieve the specified actions. On the contrary, adults will worry and be afraid.

Therefore, aerial yoga is suitable for all parents and children. Children with courage will find it super interesting, and children with little courage will also have the opportunity to try it. However, children hanging on rickety cloth will inevitably make their father worry about their safety a little more than their mother? Teacher Tang pointed out that under the guidance of professional yoga teachers and accompanied by parents, children are unlikely to fall off the hanging cloth, and the hanging cloth specially for children has a low hanging height, and a cushion will be placed on the floor for extra protection.

Newborn babies can take aerial yoga classes for children abroad together. Under normal circumstances, children are not allowed to practice hanging cloth before the age of 7. However, Mr. Tang said that even newborn babies over 1 month can do aerial yoga together as long as their parents or mothers participate. Unlike some adults, they are very nervous about giving their bodies to the hanging cloth. Young babies can always enjoy hanging cloth activities very comfortably, whether they are lying on their side, curled up or lying down, just like returning to their mother's womb, as stable and relaxed as swinging.

Parents and children playing yoga in the air is conducive to physical and mental development. Whether through aerial yoga or other physical exercises, the body rhythm of children as children will affect their future development, including physical strength, endurance, softness, physical coordination and posture. Or psychological personality development and interpersonal communication, in addition, the swinging process on the hanging cloth can * * * vestibular sense and proprioception, which is helpful to the development of sensory integration.

Take the first step bravely with your child. Teacher Tang takes the parents she saw in class as an example. At first, the child seemed afraid to step on the hanging cloth. With the gentle encouragement of mommy, the child is finally willing to have a try. I didn't expect to do a good job on hanging cloth. Mother and children are very happy. Although most children feel fresh and interesting when they see the hanging cloth of aerial yoga, they really want to try it, but each child's personality is different. Some children are naturally shy and introverted, and they are conservative in exploring new things. From the child's caution at the beginning to his willingness to take a step, the child finally has a full sense of accomplishment, and parents are of course happy and satisfied.

In today's society, most of them are dual-income families. As a professional woman who burns candles at both ends, Mommy is already very busy just dealing with work and housework, and has no extra time to take her children to engage in sports activities. However, if mommy wants to exercise and accompany her children, aerial yoga can satisfy your two wishes at once, and cultivate the tacit understanding and intimacy between parents and children through happy yoga time.

Before, during and after aerial yoga, as mentioned above, Dad knows aerial yoga better than Mommy. What should I pay special attention to before, during and after aerial yoga? Please make it clear to Mr. Tang!

Prepare in advance? You don't need to preset your position, just open your spacious heart and play with your children.

? Don't eat too much, or you may swing on the cloth twice and spit out all the food you just ate.

In progress? Wear close-fitting clothes that are convenient for activities; If the clothes are too loose, it may get in the way, making it more difficult to change the movements and postures.

? Children's metabolism is fast, and they will sweat if they move casually. When you do aerial yoga, you will definitely sweat all over. When you sweat, prepare a towel to wipe it. And it's best to prepare an extra set of clothes, which can be changed after class, so as to avoid being uncomfortable in wet clothes and possibly catching cold accidentally.

? Some movements need to use the stability of the body, while others want to relax. Parents should concentrate on understanding the yoga teacher's demonstration and instructions in order to cooperate with the teacher's actions. However, some children play by themselves, regardless of the teacher's demonstration movements from beginning to end, just swinging can play for one class. Teacher Tang believes that it is not important whether children have their own ideas or not, and there is no need to stipulate their actions. Children find the teacher's guidance interesting and will follow the teacher.

Pay attention afterwards? After doing aerial yoga, Teacher Tang advised parents and children not to eat immediately. If they just roll or stand upside down, they will have a big meal immediately after class, which may make their stomachs a little uncomfortable. If you are hungry, you can have a snack first.

? Don't forget, hydration should continue, but don't gulp it down, but drink a little saliva and swallow it slowly through your throat, so that your body can really absorb water. Don't drink cold water either. Normal temperature water is recommended.

Experience sharing? Xu Jingjing, the anchor of Dongsen, and Xu Jingjing, the anchor who participated in yoga for pregnant women during her 3-year-old daughter's pregnancy, once came to the classroom with her. She is doing yoga and her daughter is playing nearby. After returning home, my daughter took the initiative to talk to her about yoga terms such as beating dogs and taking a big break. Jingjing anchor thinks her daughter is very interested in yoga. After learning that there was an aerial yoga class, she quickly took her daughter to experience it.

Jingjing, the anchor of Class One, is a little nervous because of the rickety hanging cloth. On the other hand, her daughter can play very easily. She fell in love with aerial yoga for the first time, and her daughter wrapped herself in a hanging cloth, just like returning to a small castle. She entered her private space and looked at her daughter's happy and comfortable expression. Jingjing certainly assured her daughter to enjoy the fun of aerial yoga.
