In order to deepen the promotion of sunshine sports activities, enrich various forms of school sports activities during recess, and implement the development of new broadcast exercises. In the second week of the new semester, under the guidance of the physical education teacher, the pupils of Huangyan Maoshe Yifu School began to learn to do the brand-new third set of National Broadcast Gymnastics for Primary and Secondary School Students. At the same time, organize students to watch the third set of national primary school students' broadcast gymnastics videos, so that students can carefully watch the decomposition of "colorful sunshine" demonstration movements and learn the essentials of standardized movements more accurately.

It is reported that the third set of broadcast gymnastics is compiled by the Ministry of Education and consists of four sets of gymnastics: Colorful Sunshine, Hope to Set Sail (primary school), Dancing Youth and Flying Ideal (middle school). At the beginning of this semester, the fifth primary school responded to the call of the Ministry of Education and promoted "the third set of national broadcast gymnastics for primary school students" throughout the school. This set of broadcast gymnastics integrates bodybuilding, dancing and other movements, which is more lively, artistic and refreshing than previous broadcast gymnastics. This set of broadcasting exercises is more vivid and artistic than the previous broadcasting exercises, which effectively strengthens the cultivation of students' posture and coordination ability. Compared with the original edition, the new edition of broadcast exercises is simple, diverse, comprehensive and moderate, which is convenient for students to learn and popularize. This set of broadcast gymnastics is organized and created by the Ministry of Education, and consists of four gymnastics: Colorful Sunshine, Hope for Sailing, Dancing Youth and Flying Ideal. The first part and the second part are aimed at primary school students and middle school students respectively. It absorbs the action elements of radio exercises, gymnastics, aerobics and martial arts. Among them, many gestures of "colorful sunshine" imitate the movements of animals, and "sail of hope" absorbs the gestures of naval semaphore. The music of Dancing Youth is like a waltz, and many movements are like dancing. "Flying to the ideal" is full of movement, and China's fist-clenching posture and Tai Chi's inspiration and exhalation essentials are integrated into it. According to the relevant person in charge of the education department, the new broadcast gymnastics has a wider range of physical activities, increased exercise, and paid more attention to the cultivation of students' posture and coordination.

Broadcast gymnastics is the epitome of national fitness in China for half a century. From 195 1 to 1997 * * China has promulgated 8 sets of broadcast gymnastics. (1) upper limb movement

Upper limb movement refers to the control and change of the arm in different positions. Students often don't know the concept of correct movement in practice, which leads to inaccurate control of arm position and hand shape, especially for students who feel bad about limb movement position. For example, forward lift and upward lift should be shoulder width, palms facing each other (palms together), shoulders, elbows and wrists in the same plane and parallel to the ground.

Correction method: Before learning movements, we should explain and practice the standard requirements of common hand types and hand positions, understand the control essentials of hand types and hand positions, and cultivate the control consciousness of correct positions. In the teaching of each movement, the norms and requirements of the hand shape and position of each movement are emphasized, so that students can clearly grasp the correct concept of each movement and practice it repeatedly to form a correct dynamic stereotype.

(2) Trunk movement

Trunk movements are difficult for primary school students, and they also make the most mistakes. Because of the unclear concept of sports, the functionality of each sport is greatly reduced, such as hip flexion or upper body rotation, foot change direction, heel lifting and other wrong actions, which change the nature of sports and lose or reduce the function of stretching the lateral psoas muscle.

Correction method: Before learning the movements, we should explain and demonstrate the standard requirements of common movements such as body lateral flexion, body forward flexion and body rotation in slow motion, and use the mutual help of mirrors, walls or classmates to understand the essentials of correct movements and practice them repeatedly to cultivate the control consciousness of correct movements.

(3) Lower limb movement

Lower limb movements include standing upright, standing at attention, opening, sprinting, half squatting with legs apart, full squatting, jumping and so on. For example, when doing lunges, the knees exceed the toes, the hind legs are bent, and the heels are raised; Knee buckle when the leg is half squatting; Technical mistakes such as jumping and landing. Wrong actions such as stiff knees and no buffer can even cause knee and ankle injuries.

Correction method: Before learning movements, we should demonstrate and explain the correct movements, and strengthen the leg flexibility and strength quality exercises. When learning this kind of movements, emphasize the significance of correct movements and practice them repeatedly.

2. The trajectory of limb movement is still unclear.

"Colorful Sunshine" has simple movements, more movements in two beats, and higher requirements on the movement route and trajectory of limbs. For example, in the first stretch, the right arm should be lifted from the side of the body in the fifth to sixth beats, and the seventh to eighth beats should be recovered from the side. However, some students often make mistakes in lifting and restoring before menstruation or coming sideways. The wrong movements of abdominal back movements from lifting to side lifting occurred in the third and fourth beats of the eighth beat, which led to uncoordinated and irregular movements.

Correction method: Using decomposition teaching method, through slow motion demonstration and explanation, emphasize the starting position, direction, route and ending position of the action. Let students experience sports slowly. When necessary, the teacher will give them help and tips to help them understand the correct arm movement route and trajectory.

3. The action rhythm is inconsistent with the acting force.

In order to improve the coordination ability of students' upper and lower limbs, colorful sunshine has increased the movements that require higher coordination of upper and lower limbs. For example, in the third and fourth beats of the fifth quarter, it is easy to make the mistake of stretching your knees first and then turning. In the 38th beat of the second quarter, L ~ 2, the left foot turns 90 at the same time, which is an open action and prone to the error of lagging center of gravity.

Correction method: decomposition teaching method is adopted, and students can experience the movements slowly through slow-motion demonstration combined with explanation, so as to strengthen students' physical coordination exercises. Ask the students to practice by shouting their own passwords. Passwords can help students remember movements and rhythms.

4. The influence of habitual action memory

Due to the influence of habitual action memory, it is easy to cause confusion and forgetting. For example, colorful sunshine is the simple structure of AABB. However, due to the influence of the action memory of the previous set of exercises, it is easy to make mistakes in making some exercises into ABAB structure.

Corrective methods: Summarize the rules of actions, help students remember actions, and prevent actions from being forgotten and confused. For example, in Colorful Sunshine, every movement starts with the left foot and is symmetrical. Close your left foot out of your right foot, close your right foot out of your left foot, and connect smoothly. Practice action memory with music to help you get familiar with and remember the whole set of actions.

After everyone's study and summary, the essentials of movements were clarified, which not only improved everyone's teaching enthusiasm, but also formulated a reasonable teaching model, that is, Shao and Liu taught gymnastics at the morning exercise meeting every day, and then actively and seriously organized the teaching of new broadcast gymnastics by using physical education class (the same class in physical education class). Physical education teachers explain the essentials of movements in detail with pictures and patiently teach students to master every movement. The head teacher should supervise and manage students' learning attitude and pay attention to carefully cultivating teaching assistants. For students with stronger understanding ability, advanced teaching should be adopted, so that these students can master the essentials of action first, and then let students teach students and give full play to the role of small assistants. Encourage students to strengthen self-study after class, practice repeatedly, ponder carefully and consolidate in time. Check the students' mastery of the actions learned in the last class in time in each class, and correct the irregular actions in time. Make students master new exercises in a short time and lay a solid foundation.

In order to better promote the third set of broadcast gymnastics "Colorful Sunshine", the school is scheduled to hold an intra-school broadcast gymnastics competition on March 20th (in case of rain, the competition will be postponed). Through broadcasting gymnastics competition, it not only achieves the purpose of training students' physique, but also enhances students' sense of collective honor, and is also a report and performance of new gymnastics learning.

Our primary and secondary school students are in a very sensitive stage of physiological and psychological changes. We used to do broadcast gymnastics at school. In order to make our national fitness plan better adapt to the laws and characteristics of physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students, the Ministry of Education has organized experts to study and formulate a series of broadcast gymnastics for primary and secondary school students since 1998, and we promulgated the first set in 1998. On the basis of the successful experience of the first set of broadcast gymnastics, in 2002, the Ministry of Education promulgated the second set of national series of broadcast gymnastics for primary and secondary school students. \

The national broadcast gymnastics series for primary and middle school students is based on the theories of pedagogy, psychology, physiology, sociology and sports biomechanics. Under the organization and coordination of the Ministry of Education and People's Publishing House, the Editorial Committee selected 14 experts from some universities and primary and secondary school students in China to form an editorial working group. After submission and review, in the action creation group, each set of exercise questions was submitted for review after preliminary examination, revised according to suggestions, and experimented in schools in Chaoyang District, Beijing. According to the problems of teaching and learning in the process of experimental feedback and training, some movements and music are seriously discussed and modified.
