Modern scholars divide yoga into three periods:

First, the pre-classical period:

If a friend is really thirsty, you can take a sip, preferably within 60 ml. Then we will see that there are other rules in the exercise. What do you mean by not following this example? This is because of our clean work. For example, capra Shanlana, a businessman from Hatta Six Industries, needs to drink a lot of water in the practice of Shangka. It washes your intestines with the help of water and specific actions, so it is otherwise stipulated in practice, and this example is not followed. In addition, there are Bikram yoga exercises. During the whole practice, you sweated a lot and lost too much water. You can drink water in practice.

Second, when doing various yoga moves, you must gently stretch your body at the edge of the limit, and don't push and pull hard. If you exceed your limit, it is a wrong exercise.

There is a word here that may not be clear to everyone. What does it mean to be on the edge of the limit? A group of well-known lyrics say that it hurts and is happy. I stretched forward, stretching beyond endurance, but at the limit of stretching, I felt the joy of exercise. Do it. If it's painful, it won't work. I can't pull the teacher like that. If I pull hard, my muscles will tear and strain. If you want to go further, it will hurt, it will hurt. Although I'm still a little short, I'm painful and happy. This is the edge of the limit. Gentle stretching, controlled exercise. Don't push and pull too much. For thousands of years, yoga has been regarded as a sport with little sports injury. But now, more people are injured while practicing yoga. Is yoga not good? No, everyone didn't follow the rules of the game. Attention, be sure to pay attention to this one. When doing various yoga moves, you must gently stretch your body at the edge of your body limit, and don't push or pull hard.

If you feel tired or trembling during the practice, please take back your work immediately and don't insist too much.

You may have such a situation, for example, where you are on the boat, have you ever experienced muscle trembling? Yes, I did. Why do I tremble? It's muscle fatigue. For example, when you are extremely tired, if I ask you to do the sun ceremony 20 times, you may go on strike. Muscles, too, can't keep shaking. Why did you push it? It will get hurt. So, when you are exhausted and can't do it, don't force yourself to do it. Don't be depressed about what you can't do. As long as you practice regularly and give time, your body's endurance will get stronger and stronger, and your physique will get better and better.

Fourth, any exercise may cause delayed muscle soreness. If the muscles are tense and sore after exercise, please give proper massage and ice compress.

What is delayed muscle soreness? It is also called DOMS, and it happens after 12 to 48 hours. The specific reason is unknown now, probably because after strenuous exercise, cells and muscles rub against each other, damaging the cell membrane and causing mild inflammation. Usually, if it is serious, you can massage ice properly. In other words, if you have a severe muscle pain after practicing today and tomorrow, don't rush to apply hot compress, but massage and ice compress properly.

5. When doing yoga exercises, please pay attention to the feeling that the action produces in your body. And each posture stays for no less than 4 seconds.

When practicing yoga, focus on the feeling that the action produces in your body. In fact, it should also belong to mobile meditation. Because we can define meditation in this way, when your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, heart and other mainstream consciousness keep flowing in one direction under the control of your consciousness, meditation has already been formed. Unless otherwise specified, you should breathe through your nose from beginning to end when practicing.

Why is this? First, the nose hair inside the nose can filter the dirty things in the air. We all have this experience. If you breathe in a heavily polluted place, your nose will turn black. This is clean. Second, it is very cold in winter and very hot in summer. Going out for a walk and breathing through your nose can make the air more suitable for your temperature? Don't let air that is too cold or too hot irritate delicate lungs. There is another very important reason. Yogis believe that people get sick because of the disordered breathing and flow in the meridians. Both the left meridian of the moon and the right meridian of the sun start from the nostril, the left meridian starts from the left nostril and the right meridian starts from the right nostril. We breathe through the nose, which helps breathing run smoothly in the pulse. Therefore, unless otherwise specified, we should breathe through our noses during the whole yoga practice.

7. Always remember that every exercise should be slow and clear, and don't let your body get out of control.

Let's tell you a little story here. There is a woman who draws water. She went to worship Buddha. She said to the Buddha, I heard that you are a wise man and you have enlightened many people. I'd like to, but how can I be enlightened? Buddha said, what do you do? She said, I am a water bearer, and the Buddha told her that you made every movement of fetching water clear. I always know what I am doing. I won't let my body get out of control. Based on this, the woman later learned the clear action of drawing water and got enlightenment. Do you think something will happen if we act and do things in an orderly way? When are we usually vulnerable? When I was walking, I knew there was snow ahead. I controlled myself carefully so as not to get hurt. What if I didn't know that it had just snowed and someone threw a watermelon skin at my feet? I accidentally stepped on it and lost control and fell down. We like or dislike doing anticlimactic things by ourselves. If we don't like it, don't treat our bodies like this. Under your rapid, intense and incoherent movements, the body tissues can neither be completely contracted nor completely relaxed. This kind of result is definitely not wanted by anyone. So the steps are clear and slow, and it doesn't hurt the body.

Eight, very old people, or people with neck, shoulder, back and waist injuries, should consult a doctor or coach before deciding whether to start practicing yoga posture.

9. If you feel a slight "click" sound from your body joints during yoga posture practice, don't worry, it means that your body is beginning to loosen. However, the pain in the same joint always recurs for a period of time. Please tell the coach in time.

10. If there is a sharp pain in a certain part of your body while doing a certain posture, please stop immediately and do the same posture after the coach instructs you. If the pain persists, please don't do this for a short time.
