Let's discuss how to eat healthy and nutritious meals.
Let's talk about carbohydrates, fat, protein, etc. Consume in the fitness diet.

Carbohydrate: (Generally, the staple food we eat basically belongs to) So in the stage of reducing fat, I generally don't eat a lot of carbohydrates, because people are made up of carbohydrates: coarse grains, whole grains, corn, potatoes, lotus roots, sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, oats, whole wheat bread and so on. Of course, so is rice, but generally coarse grains are used instead of rice. In fact, there are quite a few choices.

Protein: No pork, such as chicken breast, fish, beef, seafood, eggs and skim milk. Because pork belongs to inferior protein. When eating some meat, try to remove the skin. Protein has a strong sense of fullness. I don't know if a kind of fish I often buy is called Longli fish or Basha fish. It has no thorns. It's tender. You can try, but it's a little fishy.

Fat: You can't eat fat unless you exercise. Good fat is still good for exercise. The most commonly eaten fats: nuts, avocados, olive oil ... It is best to eat only a little nuts every day, not a lot.

Needless to say, even if you don't exercise, you should always eat vegetables.

For fruits, don't eat too much sugar, such as sugarcane, watermelon and cantaloupe. If you like fruit, try to eat it during the day or before noon. Don't eat in piles at night. And bananas. In fact, sugar is also very high. Don't eat too much, about one a day. Besides, I usually eat them before exercise to avoid hypoglycemia. I won't touch them at other times.

Another point is that snacks really need to be given up, which everyone knows.

There are also many cooking methods. I really can't eat some boiled nutritious meals, so I'll change it myself. Personally, I feel that if I eat too much boiled food, I will feel tasteless and always want to eat something else, so I generally don't cook water and don't often eat nutritious meals, because it is very troublesome for me, a patient with advanced lazy cancer. Of course, it depends on your own situation, you have better self-control, and it is certainly better to stick to it like this.
