Throughout the ages, people in China have paid great attention to the way of keeping in good health, while China's food culture is extensive and profound, and eating is very learned. The method of using food to strengthen the body, prevent and treat diseases, or promote physical recovery and delay aging is called "dietotherapy" or "dietotherapy" or "dietotherapy" in Chinese medicine. As early as the Tang Dynasty, Sun Simiao pointed out in "Emergency": "The foundation of life depends on food, and the speed of saving the disease depends on medicine. People who don't know what to eat are not enough to survive; Those who don't know what to avoid can't get rid of the disease. The second thing is to have the spirit to want. If you suddenly learn it, you will feel sorry for your husband, so eating can drive away evil spirits and fix dirt. The moon and god are both determined, with blood and gas. If you can eat sick and solve your worries, it can be described as a beautiful job. " This shows the important role and clinical significance of Chinese medicine diet therapy. 5; H5, Mu Bai medicine.
Through the study of Chinese dietotherapy, I realized that Yin and Yang and Five Elements are complementary and their application in Chinese medicine. Metal, wood, water, fire and earth have different viscera, and different viscera have their own functions, which are interrelated and influence each other. Since dietotherapy is necessary, we must first find out the causes that destroy the relative balance of the human body and cause diseases, mainly wind, cold, heat, humidity, dryness and fire. Then, we should prescribe the right medicine. Before we prescribe the right medicine, we should determine the symptoms through the four diagnoses of "looking, smelling, asking and cutting", and then we can prescribe the right medicine according to the nature of the medicine. Different drugs and foods have different tastes, and different tastes of drugs and foods have different effects.
Through learning, I have mastered many recipes for nourishing and keeping in good health, and I can carry out diet therapy according to my different needs in different periods in the future, which can be described as lifelong benefit. Usually, it is easy for people to make a mistake, that is, others say it is good to eat this, so they follow it, regardless of whether it is suitable for them.
1, personalized customization. Different human bodies have different qualities, physical strength, personality types and hobbies. Even the same person's constitution and blood gas ups and downs in different periods of life have also changed. When carrying out dietotherapy, we must fully consider these situations, treat them differently and adopt the most suitable dietotherapy scheme. People of different sexes and ages should avoid different diets. People of different forms have different dietary taboos. For example, fat people are full of phlegm, which is suitable for eating more light and expectorant foods: thin people have more yin deficiency and less blood deficiency, so they should eat more foods that nourish yin and promote fluid production.
2. According to the time. Man and nature are closely linked as a whole, and naturally there are four different climates: cold, hot, warm and cool. Food also has different four natures and five flavors. People's daily diet should adapt to the climate, so as to regulate the body, strengthen the body and prevent diseases. If the climate gets warmer in spring, the diet should not be too hot or too cold. When choosing flat foods, such as eggs, yam, radish, etc., they are all suitable. The summer climate is hot, the water in the body evaporates too much, the body fluid is consumed, and the digestive function is weakened. Overeating and catching cold can easily lead to indigestion. In daily life, we should reduce meat and choose digestible foods such as fish, porridge, vegetables, lotus root and watermelon. The climate in autumn is getting cooler and drier, and people's gastrointestinal function is gradually enhanced after the loss in summer. However, it is not advisable to overeat meat and smell greasy, so as not to overload the stomach. Products that can replenish body fluid and moisten dryness should be selected, and should be accompanied by dairy products, eggs, pears, apples, bananas, honey, etc. In winter, the climate is cold, so the food should be warmed up to enhance the ability to keep out the cold, such as cattle, sheep, chicken, etc., and some spicy seasoning products should be added appropriately, but not too much, so as to avoid phlegm heat. If the climate is abnormal, we should master it as appropriate.
3. adjust measures to local conditions. China is a vast country with different natural and cultural conditions, so people's eating habits, constitutions and even diseases are also different. In diet therapy, we should also pay attention to different regions and adopt different means accordingly.
To sum up, the "three factors" system is the principle that dietotherapy must follow. Only under the guidance of the principle of "three causes" can the scientific and practical nature of Chinese dietotherapy be fully reflected, the characteristics of Chinese medicine be highlighted, and the role of dietotherapy in strengthening the body and preventing diseases can be better played.
Finally, I want to make two suggestions for this course. First, I hope the teacher can supplement some dietary taboos, that is, what not to eat under what circumstances and what not to eat after eating. Secondly, I hope the teacher can list some symptoms and clinical manifestations of some abstract symptoms such as "qi deficiency and blood deficiency", so that we can more easily master how to judge. After nearly a semester of study, I have mastered a lot of knowledge about diet and benefited a lot.
