Breakfast?

My breakfast, usually a cup of raw coconut latte, will buy coconut milk, mixed with coffee, is my breakfast drink. Lunch is relatively dull. It can be paired with some fat-reducing drinks, and buckwheat noodles can be used if you don't like rice.
Dinner?
If you eat like this, you will actually get hungry earlier, and usually have dinner at four or five. I usually have fried steak for dinner, but I can also have chicken breast or boiled beef with some salt and black pepper. This is my protein for dinner. I will still choose rice with some bibimbap sauce. Vegetables are essential. You can choose your favorite vegetables. I usually boil them in water and then add some seasoning.
Have dinner together at night?
At about nine o'clock in the evening, I will eat the fourth meal of the day, because I will be very hungry if I don't eat. Generally, some vegetables and protein, such as chicken breast or beef or fish, are good protein, but don't eat too much and control the amount.
The most important thing is to drink more water! ! !
However, if we eat like this, we consume very little fat. We can choose to add some nuts, such as cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, etc., but we should pay attention to controlling the amount. You can also choose to add some olive oil to your food, or buy some avocados to supplement your fat. I don't think the fat-reducing period means not eating fat at all.
Finally, a few more words, for rice, this carbohydrate can also be replaced with some noodles, or potatoes and sweet potatoes, which can be matched according to your own taste. Vegetables are basically boiled, so just choose your favorite vegetables. According to protein, chicken breast, beef and fish are all good protein, which can be fried or boiled, but I prefer fried, which will taste better.
