Because I only lost 4 pounds, I can't see anything on the surface, but my stomach is obvious.

4+3 diet to lose weight:

1, choose 3 days a week as a diet day, eat only about 500 calories a day, and eat normally on other days. The days of dieting and eating are staggered.

2, exercise: I will go to the gym twice a week, mainly some aerobic exercise.

The third meal day:

Eating out is messy, mainly to avoid some particularly greasy food and eat a lot of vegetables and seafood.
