Types of residential properties in Malaysia
There are many types of houses in Malaysia. Which one should I choose if I want to invest in real estate in Malaysia? I sorted out some information on the internet to see the types of houses in Malaysia.

real estate

Residential property covers the whole area, including apartments, houses, serviced houses, villas and luxury houses.

The types of residential properties are as follows:

● Residence

Most people, especially families, prefer other types of family houses. Houses include row houses, semi-detached houses and single-family detached houses. They have one, two or three floors. Generally, the third floor of a residential building is an attic. If it is the lower three floors, it is a house with a basement. Houses in Malaysia are usually connected with other houses underground and separated by walls or fences. This kind of house is usually rented or sold in the market.

● Luxury house

Defining a luxurious family is usually marked by its high price tag. Community owners usually provide the highest quality, location, floor plan, facilities and lifestyle. Area is really important, but sometimes a mansion is not defined. Houses, luxury houses, castles, villas and seaside houses are obviously luxury houses, but some features, such as an indoor swimming pool, art gallery, gym, media room and leisure room, will be listed as second-tier luxury houses in the market, with prices starting from RM 654.38+0 million.

● Apartment

Apartment is a combination of high-rise or low-rise buildings and infrastructure, such as swimming pool, convenience store, tennis court, gym and other facilities. Apartments are relatively self-sufficient, and housing units are usually rented to a family or one or several people for exclusive use. These factors are often given priority in construction. It is sometimes considered as a unit. In some language environments, apartment has a legal definition. In some places, "apartment" refers to the construction of superior units, while "flat" refers to the fact that unit buildings were originally built as single-family houses and later subdivided. One of the types of apartments offered is a one-bedroom apartment. These apartments usually consist of a large room, which is a combination of living room, dining room and bedroom. There are usually kitchen facilities as part of this room, but the bathroom is a separate small room. The price and rent of apartments are higher, usually because of their better quality and complete facilities.

● Row houses

Generally speaking, townhouses are not as popular as other types of houses in Malaysia. Row houses are built on the same piece of land and have two attributes. Usually, low-level units occupy part of the ground on the first floor, and high-level units occupy the remaining space on the first and second floors. A townhouse is an apartment, but it is different from an apartment. Some townhouses have facilities such as community tennis courts.

● Serviced apartments

It is very similar to serviced apartments, but the only difference is that you can have serviced apartments for rent at the same time. It provides facilities for daily use. It is also designed as a hotel room, offering cheaper short-term accommodation. Since the beginning of cheap international tourism boom, the rent of short-term accommodation services has been rising, and serviced apartments basically include services. They are usually located in the business district.
