Let me talk about my situation first. I was in June 2008+last year 10, and suddenly a tendon sheath cyst grew on my wrist (it suddenly swelled up after watering succulent meat on a Sunday). First of all, although I am doing it, my tendon sheath cyst should be caused by fleshy watering, and I have been holding the squeezed watering bottle for a long time. The above is my personal opinion. Doctors generally answer mouse hands by default.
At that time, when I went to the hospital, the doctor only asked me to do exercise or medical wristband to prevent it from getting bigger.
After that, it probably existed for a long time until two months ago. I personally don't like sports, but I want to lose weight. I will pay attention to sports apps recommended by several colleagues. Then the weight did not go down, and the tendon sheath cyst went down.
Specifically, I didn't pay attention at first, but I felt a little pain in the tendon sheath cyst on my wrist, and then it became smaller in about 2 weeks, but I could still feel it, and then I couldn't feel it two months later.
Then say some sports. Most of them are mat sports, such as bear crawling, quadruped support, alternating birds and dogs, kneeling push-ups, kneeling rotation and so on. In fact, the daily exercise time is about 10 minutes, including intermittent rest time.
In addition, I think it is necessary to be clear. First of all, it is best to understand your living habits and find out the reasons. Then I personally think that I have been squeezing the bottle hard, so I will avoid doing this kind of thing afterwards. Regarding sports, I think that supporting the body with the palm of your hand is the antonym of clenching fist and squeezing. Or maybe it's because this squeezed the cyst.
The above is just my personal experience, which may not be effective for everyone. Besides, I don't really believe in those patches and so on, so I haven't tried them. As for the operation, the doctor didn't recommend it, and I didn't challenge it. The doctor registered in the Chinese medicine hospital recommended me to crush it myself. I tried, but I couldn't do it in the end.
