Obese physique must control their intake of sugar, fat and calories, that is, change the diet structure and do a lot of exercise.

The first is diet. You must eat well and have a full breakfast, but don't eat fried dough sticks or cakes. Try to choose whole wheat bread and skim milk, and add an egg. If you don't eat breakfast, you will eat too much at noon and accumulate fat. If you exercise, you'd better go to the gym. If conditions do not permit, go out for a walk for at least one hour every day or every other night. After every meal, you must stand or walk for at least 20 minutes to prevent fat from accumulating on your stomach.
