Pingfeng Mountain Park is located in the south of the city with picturesque scenery. The spatial development layout of the whole park can be summarized as "one belt and four districts": one belt is a forest recreation belt, and the other four districts are entrance service blocks, expansion service blocks, Feng Ping Miaojie District and hilltop public activity blocks, which is a good place for the general public to relax, keep fit and keep fit.

Screen, a kind of furniture used to keep out the wind in ancient buildings, is called "screen". Han Liuxi's "Ming Shi and Bed Account" says: "Screen, words can keep out the wind". The park borrows the meaning of the name of Pingfeng Mountain to shield the "street wind". Through the use of natural design techniques, the building will be integrated into nature, creating a secluded place in the "market".
