Why do you need a monthly card to go to the gym?
Text: Three bags of rice.

Speaking of fitness, I have to say a few more words.

I have a friend who has a New Year card. He always doesn't go to the gym because of his busy work. He can't go several times a week or even once a week. He always feels that he has one year left in his fitness card. When he is free, let's go to the gym. In fact, he doesn't know when the fitness card will expire.

When there is no fitness card, I am eager to have a fitness card. If I have a fitness card and don't exercise, it's equivalent to buying myself a psychological comfort card.

I always go to the gym intermittently myself, because my work place is far from the gym and I stopped for a while.

I have been working steadily recently. I haven't exercised for a long time. My body is very fat, I am too fat. I must exercise.

I found a gym nearest to me, and got a monthly card due to lack of funds.

It was this monthly card that made me lose four pounds in less than two months.

Now, why do you want a monthly card?

Many people say to set yourself a small goal, don't aim too high, and don't set yourself a one-year plan or a five-year plan.

Of course, I'm not saying that long-term planning is bad, but it's not easy for most people to implement it.

Therefore, it is necessary to set a short-term goal and complete it in different periods.

Just one month after I got the card, I told myself that your fitness time is only 30 days, and you have regressed.

Even if I get off work late every day, I will go to the gym for half an hour. If I have enough time, I will exercise for longer. But I go every day.

Sometimes I am too lazy to go. I will tell myself that the cost of fitness for one month is 130, which is four yuan a day.

You want to waste four dollars, but you have to go because the economic base doesn't allow it.

I admit that I have been keeping fit for a year. I may not have the courage to say that I can do it, but I can still do it by going to the gym for a month.

There are 25 days left ... there are 20 days left, and I will divide a month into four small goals, one every five days.

Just like you run for half an hour, you have to whisper every five minutes, and there are still 20 minutes left. 15 minutes.

In this way, I persisted for a month without missing a day.

I have been working out for almost two months now. Although I only lost four pounds, I believe that as long as I persist and work hard for it, I will make myself better.

If you can't stick to a goal, you might as well become a small goal. Stick to it and the effect is obvious.
