Isn't it better to practice yoga in winter than in summer?
Generally speaking, practicing yoga in summer will relax the body, but different seasons also have different benefits.

Although the cold wind is biting this winter, I can still feel everyone's persistent enthusiasm for yoga, so I especially remind everyone of the matters that should be paid attention to when practicing yoga in winter.

In winter, when the weather is cold, everyone's activity is gradually reduced, the body's metabolic rate is reduced, and the function of perspiration and detoxification is relatively reduced. At this time, it is time to do more exercise.

If you like yoga, you must do enough warm-up before posing, because the ligaments of your body are stiff in winter. If the warm-up is not enough, it is easy to cause ligament strain during practice.

I often hear friends say that a friend was injured while practicing yoga! There are usually two reasons for this:

First, some people buy VCD to practice by themselves, but you should know that not every yoga movement is suitable for everyone, and the movements are generally not explained in detail on the CD, so some people will get hurt while practicing.

Second, some yoga instructors are unprofessional! At present, the domestic yoga instructor market is mixed. Some yoga instructors have not received professional yoga training, or just turned out to be fitness instructors with good physical flexibility. They start teaching by reading some yoga books by themselves, which often leads to injuries for some practitioners!

I hope MM will go to a regular yoga club to practice. After a few months, ordinary members should be able to know what actions they can and cannot do. Moreover, after some actions are finished, how to relax your body, get your spine back and so on. At this time, if you are busy and have no time to go to class, you can finish your exercises at home!
