Basketball dribbling practice method

Before starting training, we must make sure that our dribbling method is correct!

(Body posture: When dribbling, keep your feet open naturally, your knees slightly bent, your upper body slightly leaned forward, your head raised, and your eyes looked straight up. 1. Control the ball

Basic training methods of basketball team
