Instead, here are some general suggestions that can make you feel happier.
1. Sleep for 8-9 hours
Sleeping less than 7.5 hours will bring disaster. It will make you more stupid, angry, confused and depressed. Do yourself and your body a favor and have a good sleep. I promise you'll be happy about it.
Sweat for 60 minutes
Most people are unhappy because they are not moving. They live a stagnant life, their bodies shrink, and their brains can't receive all the feel-good hormones related to exercise. Go to the gym to lift weights, do some sprints, or go swimming today. Sweat for 60 minutes and you will feel much better at the end of the day.
Eat more vegetables
We have proved beyond dispute that what you eat directly affects your mood and mood. Sugar, processed wheat and low-quality meat all make you feel lazy and unhappy. Instead, you can give yourself a big salad of various vegetables or a large piece of salmon. Your brain and body will feel better and you will feel happier.
4. Take 10 minutes to be grateful.
I'm not going to write 10 what you are grateful for (although of course I can). I mean, take 10 minutes to really sit down and think about what you are grateful for. Really allow yourself to fall into a state of gratitude. Think how amazing it is that you are still alive, not to mention that you live in an era where you can ask such questions online. If you devote yourself wholeheartedly to this sport, you will feel happy.
Step 5 watch a stand-up comedy
Laughter is the best medicine. Take 20 minutes to see people like Dave Chapuli, Joe Logan, Ary Scheffer, kevin hart or Chris D'Elia. Laughing to death. I promise it will make you happier.
Heal yourself
Take a good bubble bath. Listen to your favorite music. Have a bowl of your favorite fruit. Play your favorite video game. Have a massage. Do something to reward yourself and express your love. Because that's the beginning of happiness.
7. Go into nature
Research shows that even walking in nature for 30 minutes can increase happiness by 40%. So leave your house and go into the forest. Take some time to sit in nature and relax. Build a hammock, sit by the campfire and climb the mountain. Reconnect to the original state and remind ourselves how insignificant our so-called problems are. You'll be glad you did.
