Can you run with a broken hand?
Condition analysis: After hand fracture, patients are not advised to do running exercise. Because plaster or splint is usually used for local fixation after fracture, internal fixation will be used in severe cases. If the patient runs away, some fixations are easy to dislocate, and even affect the recovery of the fracture.

Suggestion: It is recommended that patients with hand fractures generally stay in bed. Try not to carry out hand activities too early, such as lifting or holding heavy objects, or playing with mobile phones for a long time. Be sure to protect the parts.

X-ray examination should be performed first after finger fracture. Professional doctors will make a comprehensive evaluation according to the location and degree of finger fracture, and then decide the next treatment plan. 1, distal finger fracture, distal finger fracture, no obvious displacement of fracture end, stable fracture can be treated conservatively and fixed with small splint or brace. Generally, after 6 weeks of fixation, the brace can be removed and proper exercise can be carried out. 2. Proximal finger and middle finger fractures are often caused by violent trauma directly hitting fingers. For those with no obvious displacement and stable fracture end, plaster external fixation can be used. If the broken end of the fracture is displaced, the unstable fracture will often affect the finger motor function. It is suggested that open reduction and kirschner wire fixation or steel plate fixation are better.
